Terrible company
Terrible company! Hair waving tool never arrived - delivery company returned it saying that I refused delivery ( it never arrived) and they will not give me a refund even though the item has been returned! No phone number available to call .
Style over substance
Style over substance. Moisturizer lasted 3 weeks. I thought it must be faulty and when I wrote to them they thought it was normal and other customers were reordering every 3 weeks. Wish I’d read other reviews before ordering. Liz Earle recommends but I don’t think she eould if she knew it only lasted 3 weeks.

I only gave a one star because I can’t give less. Worst experience. I paid international priority shipping. Over $300.00 to NEX to get my son’s school supplies from L.A to Belize. They promised two days shipping time. It’s been five days and his items are still sitting in Miami. School started and he still didn’t get his school uniforms and tennis shoes on time. This company is a scam. Fedex needs to review their relationship with this company or review their protocols. This is absolutely disappointing. Please don’t ship with them.
