Hi Houman, we're truly sorry for the frustration and the length of this delay — waiting over two months for a certificate you've already earned isn't the experience we want for our students. We've escalated your case internally to our support team, and someone will be reaching out to you directly to get your certificate resolved. Thank you for your patience and for letting us know so we can make this right.
Their courses are neurotically asking…
Their courses are neurotically asking you to voice record yourself in every 10 minutes, then it does not work. Then it asks you safety questionnaires twice to continue course. For a defensive driving course that I paid 30 dollars this amount of security and hassle is really is unbelievable.

Hi Sapiens, thank you for sharing this feedback, and we're sorry for the frustration the frequent voice verification and repeated questionnaires caused during your course. We know that extra friction isn't what you want when completing a defensive driving course, and we're using feedback like yours to keep improving the experience. Just to clarify, we use voice biometrics to confirm the student is the one completing the course the entire time — it's a requirement we're required to validate. Thanks again for taking the time to let us know!
