While I appreciated the fast turnaround on printing the zine, the overall experience was disappointing.

The shipping process was mishandled: the package was sent under a business name that is not registered in the destination country instead of my personal name, which caused significant delays and complications at customs. As a result, I had to pay nearly $700 in customs fees—costs that could likely have been avoided with accurate shipping information.

Additionally, the print quality did not meet expectations. The colors appear noticeably duller and less vibrant than in the original files, which impacts the final result.

While I appreciate the efficiency on the production side, I would strongly encourage greater attention to detail in shipping coordination and color calibration to ensure a smoother, more consistent client experience from start to finish.

Outstanding service A++++! Arrived before I expected. The paper is high quality. I used their newspaper template. Thank you soooo much!

It was so amazing! I was so happy when they came in! Only thing is the color wasn’t as vibrant as it was on my computer. But I will just account for that next time! Had a great experience!

I made a custom wedding magazine for my husband for our one year anniversary and it it turned out beautiful. 10/10 recommend.

Love this newspaper service!! We made newspapers for our wedding and they arrived in less than a week, the quality is amazing, the photos aren’t blurry and there were no mistakes. They even sent us a few extra copies. I love all the resources they provide on the website. When I was having a hard time with the layout on canva, their customer service emailed me back right away and fixed the issue for me. Can’t recommend enough!

Super fast printing/shipping! Great customer service and it turned out so cute!

They made it fairly straightforward to create a newspaper. The Canva templates were helpful. I found it useful to have a sample pack to get a literal feel for how it would turn out
