Her passion for flowers and her unbounded energy is contagious and we defy anyone not to feel inspired by her vision. It was with that vision in mind Sharon conceptualised her latest floral behemoth.... New Moon Blooms. New Moon Blooms is a way to bring the beauty of Sharon's gorgeous creations in to your home for you to enjoy. New Moon Blooms is a brand new floral concept that simply allows you to order simple floral joy & wonder to be delivered straight to your door. For Sharon New Moon Blooms is passion project which she has been growing for nearly three years. However but it wasn’t until 2020 when the world had to pause during the covid pandemic that it gave Sharon the opportunity to realize her dream of bringing New Moon Blooms to fruition. This is not your standard floral delivery service, it’s so much more than that. New Bloom Moons is a flower community for those, who just like Sharon, adore luxury authentic flowers but won’t compromise on value, but want to add their own creative touch to their blooms.

Thank you for your feedback.Our flowers travel in the boxes therefore they sleep in transit. On arrival they are to be placed in water with food where they will awaken and bloom beautiful. As your flowers have just been delivered today i ask you to give them time to fully awaken and let us know how you get on.Regards

Dead and wilted bunch
I sent flowers to my sister for her 40th birthday which arrived looking completely wilted and dead. Not just one or 2 flowers, the entire bunch. So disappointing for such an expensive bunch of flowers!

There are more greens than flowers which is disappointing. The bouquet looks very basic and bland. I would like more flowers.

Ordered flowers online last Thursday to…
Ordered flowers online last Thursday to be delivered on Monday. No communication was forthcoming to tell me that nationwide deliveries are not sent on a monday and so waited around all day and only when i reached out to new moon was i told that the delivery would not be coming Monday. Such poor customer service and i am extremely disappointed as i have followed this company since inception on instagram and really wanted to treat my friend for her birthday. Would not recommend.

I agree and we have said you should have been contacted once the warehouse staff came across your order on Monday and we have apologised that you had not been.
