I ordered a gift voucher on 24th December for my friend. I had to chase and chase and received one email saying it was sent to her but my friend confirmed she has not received it and the email address I had provided was correct. Despite numerous emails and Instagram messages I have not had any further communication. I have received no voucher and no refund. It's the worst customer service I have ever experienced and as it was intended to be a gift, it is extremely disappointing.

Flowers arrived 4 days late and in poor condition. I have sent numerous emails and have had no response. The phone number on the website just goes dead. I would like a refund. Terrible.

Had a fantastic shopping experience with New Moon Blooms. I had a couple of demands regarding delivery time and adding a vase to my order and Amanda went above and beyond and was such a sweet and professional person to deal with!
