From the start to finish the team was excellent. Very organised and really cared for us. The Dentists do not cut corners they make sure everything is perfect and you are fully informed of the treatments and each step

Couldn't fault our experience here at New Look Smile. From booking to arrival in Turkey, transfers and checking in the hotel they cannot do enough. I booked my wife in for her 40th birthday and she absolutely loves her teeth and her whole experience. We must give a special mention to both Fatma who basically organised everything for us and was super helpful literally couldn't do enough for us. From booking me in at hospital because I came down with a chest infection to translating for us and arranging transport to and from destinations. Our daughter was with us aswel and she absolutely loved Fatma. And I mustn't forget Usif our driver. What a lovely lovely man he is. Couldn't do enough for me and my family. He even took my daughter to a giant toy store because the local shops were trying to rip us off. Just returned from from Turkey with my wonderful new teeth. I had a full upper and lower jaw implant and I can’t thank New Look Smile enough. The staff are utterly brilliant, professional, kind and not a single thing is missed by any member of staff. Faultless from top to bottom. I can not recommend this company enough. Particular mention goes to Fatma who coordinated every step for me and Matt who went above and beyond when my case was lost by the airline and he recovered it for me. (Absolutely nothing to do with him but still felt compelled to help me, thanks Matt) I couldn’t have asked for a better company to lead me through, what is an unnerving procedure. Just had an impacted wisdom tooth extraction, a root canal and some teeth re secured at newlooksmile.
All dentists did fantastic jobs & although early days yet i'm confident in their work, they are so skilled & knowledgeable.
After arriving at the clinic I was met by familiar faces Ennis & Matt who go above & beyond to ensure your best interest and, more importantly, have a humerous side to them. The reception group are always ready and on hand to support you.........well done 'newlookgroup' and thank you

I felt incredibly anxious, my nerves got the better of me many times. Fatma and the staff gave incredibly support and encouragement throughout and were able to put me at ease. Treatment was exceptional, communication was great and overall it was incredibly positive experience (despite my nerves). I’d highly recommend the team, you would not be disappointed. My experience there was amazing, the staff were so good and put me to ease, as I was a bit nervous starting my treatment. I would recommend anyone that is thinking about going there, just do it.

Professionals, From start to finish. Very modern technology, And surroundings. I was looked after, Impeccably. By the lovely staff,I highly recommend them.They make you very welcome, And put you at ease. I had two visits, And it's the first time. In my life, That I've looked forward. To visiting the Dentist.

I’m so glad I chose this clinic. This clinic was always in my top 3 of optiond and then a couple of music artists I know have been with this clinic since and highly recommended them so I decided this is my choice and so far I have no regrets! I went in February, had my scans, had 6 teeth removed(to be replaced with 6 implants), 4 route canals and the rest of the teeth shaved and given temporary teeth. I came alone as me and my mum was supposed to be doing this together but unfortunately she unexpectedly passed away so I found the emotional part difficult but Enis helped me through everything, he explained everything to me fully as I explained I have ADHD (DEHB) and during the whole process he was there to answer any questions, aswell as during the physical process he checked on me often as he knew my worried. Fatma and the other staff were also very helpful and communication was great😁. In the meantime of being at home end of February-start of July I’ve had no issues, it took me half the time to get used to the temporary teeth but of course that’s normal when they’re completely different in your mouth than your old teeth. The teeth they removed, 3 main ones was infected and I haven’t had a single bit of of pain since they was removed which is great 👍🏼 . A week ago I went back out for my 6 implants, they did an xray first and did some checks and they told me my healing has gone perfect. Fatma and Eda was amazing from the start, they explained everything in full, Eda checked up on me plenty of times during my time in the dentist chair as she knew my worries. After the implants was inserted I went back to the clinic for a checkup 2/3 days later before flying home and they said everything is healing as great as it can be in the short amount of time, I was so happy to hear that to know I am following their aftercare instructions😇. I’m now due to go back in October for my full mouth of crowns. I couldn’t thank the team enough, the staff are always so welcoming with a smile on their face, the communication is great and I couldn’t fault any of them, the receptionists, the dentists, the surgeons, the VIP transfer staff and the rest of the staff thank you for being patient with me, to anybody debating whether to go with this company, do it! As I said at the start, I’ve had no regrets so far. The first day I felt like a scared girl who may not be able to do this process without my mum by my side and the team changed my thought process through to just being very supportive and given the explanations and answers I needed ☺️

Wow unbelievable experience from start to finish i have had 21 zirconium crowns fitted also 2 tooth extractions and 3 root canals felt zero pain through out the whole 7 days i was in antalya a big thankyou to fatma for looking after me and making me feel so welcome and also my co ordinator Rumeysa for not leaving my side throughout translating and making me comfortable my dentist aybike was amazing and excellent at her job and so passionate thank you to all the other staff too much recommended to anyone to go here

Customer care was amazing whole experience amazing went with no smile confidence left with complete full confidence in my smile
