New Era helped me to become debt free in 4 years. They were sympathetic & worked with me on a monthly payment plan that I could afford. If I didn't have all of my money for the monthly deposit, they would change the date to a day that I would have the money. That happened sometimes because I got paid bi-weekly. I would highly recommend this company if you are looking to consolidate your debt.

The communication from this company has been excellent. I always received a reply in a timely matter. I appreciated the company working with me when I experienced a few tight times.

From the beginning the New Era Team was extremely supportive and very clear on how the process would unfold. My family and I experienced severe hardship during the window where my father succumbed to cancer and candidly we over spent as well. Paying off debt and managing cash flow with new debt was not the answer. Instead we decided to work with New Era including Geri Askren, Jason Sauerbier and recently Greg Smith which was a smart decision and excellent experience. This New Era team guided, counseled, etc. me the entire way. Making the last payment earlier this month of March 2023 was truly a great relief. My family and I are greatly appreciative of this team and highly recommend New Era for anyone who find themselves in a difficult debt situation and needs a solution.

I dealt with a lot of shame with the load of my debt but the folks at New Era were all around great. Answered any questions I had, even about accounts that they weren't directly helping me with, gave me the sense that this wasn't some scammy operation. These folks know what they're doing and have helped me tremendously.

Overall experience was great. Everyone I spoke with was very helpful and understanding. When you start this program, you get an entire team from the customer service agents to the negotiators that are on your side. Every question I had was answered. My payment program was very reasonable and a fraction of what it would cost me to pay it back directly to the credit card companies (who are not very understanding). I had to skip a couple payments when on this program ( but I wouldn’t make a habit of it) so all I had to do was contact my customer service rep and she made it possible. Just a wonderful experience . If you are over your head with credit card debt. This is the place to turn to. You will not be disappointed.
