New Cakes Anmeldelser

I have used this company since 2024 and we received a delicious vegan cake for my son’s First Holy Communion Party. Some of the things that repeatedly draw me to this company are firstly the fantastic designs as well as the range of cake sizes which helps on party sizes, the fortunate option to have the cakes be made vegan which is great for not only vegans but sometimes some people of certain food sensitivities and differences. We even got to adjust on those amazing designs that they offer as well as colour and writing and I have been doing so previously having used this company also for my son’s last three vegan birthday cakes! I have also been provided recently and in the past a variety of vegan fillings and flavours which they easily have adjusted for me and they are quick at responding. Thank you so much!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! My disabled son wanted a star wars birthday so I paid £120 for a red velvet R2D2 birthday cake plus a £12 charge for a specified delivery date …. THE CAKE NEVER ARRIVED …. No one replied to my emails or phone calls ….. I had to dash out the morning of his birthday and buy a cake from a nearby shop … when NewCakes did get round to replying by email they said it was an administrative error … since then that have stopped replying to my emails regarding a full refund of my money. It’s now been 10 days … tomorrow is Monday and I will be escalating things up the management chain. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY … my experience has proven them to be untrustworthy

Always the first place I look to for birthday cakes, used this company a few times now and I highly recommend for anyone. Great designs and fantastic taste, wonderful talented cake designers. Great customer service too. Thank you 🙂

Fantastic cake for our daughter’s birthday, which she absolutely loved!
Amazing service from start to finish.
Would highly recommend New Cakes.

This is the third time we have used New Cakes, and once again, they delivered perfectly! They really listened to our brief and captured the theme exactly as we had imagined. The cake looked absolutely amazing and tasted delicious too.

The birthday girl loved it, as did we and all our guests. New Cakes consistently create cakes that not only look beautiful but taste incredible as well. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and will definitely use them again!

I was really happy with both the cake and the service. The cake was fresh, delicious, beautifully presented. The communication was friendly and professional, and the whole ordering process was smooth and easy. I really appreciated how helpful and accommodating you were with my requests. Overall, a lovely experience, and I would definitely recommend your business and order from you again! 🎂

Absolutely amazing ! Will definitely use again in the future. Communication is 100% which I’m
So grateful for.
Cake is more than perfect! Very happy !

I ordered a birthday cake from your company and it was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had. The cake arrived damaged, the taste was terrible, and it was far too dry. I specifically ordered a pistachio filling, but it clearly wasn’t what I requested.

For £70, the cake was absolutely not worth the money. I contacted your customer service to request a refund, but I received no response at all, which makes the situation even worse.

I would not recommend ordering from here. I hope you address these issues and respond to customers properly.

I irdered a cake a while ago, they never sent a cake and I never recieved a refund

If you want a “Special” cake then NEW CAKES are the people to go to.
From first contact to delivery the process was simple and the cake, well it’s “WOW”!!!
I asked Shay if he could make a cake in the shape of a Guinea Pig for our granddaughters 6th birthday
Off course he said. I sent him an image and left the rest to him.
The cake is truly amazing and I cannot thank New Cakes enough for making a special occasion so much more special. Thank you.
I cannot recommending New Cakes highly enough.

My son was delighted with his ‘plug, socket & screwdriver cake’ – to celebrate him qualifying as a ‘gold card’ electrician. I asked if the predominantly white cake could possibly feature some gold/yellow icing, to represent the gold card, and Shay from New Cakes kindly obliged (text messaging me first to clarify my request). The cake was despatched quickly and delivered early on the morning of our family celebration. My son spent ages enthusing about it and even said the fondant icing wiring was pleasing from a technical point of view - ha. The chocolate sponge tasted delicious. Very happy with this purchase.

Excellent cakes brilliant designs great service

The most amazing service from New Cakes. They created a fabulous 3d cake for a triple birthday and went above and beyond every step of the way. Amazing cake, Amazing customer service. Book them!!

I have just received an absolutely beautiful cake from New Cakes, cake very well packaged, delivery tracking was spot on, I cannot thank these guys enough at New Cakes, I had laced order then next day I saw another cake on their website that I had not noticed first time when browsing before placing my order, I emailed New Cakes asking if my cake order could be changed but if it could not that would be ok, I received a phone call from New Cakes to let me know they had received my email and to double check which cake I would like, I also had asked if delivery date could've brought first by one day, that was on Monday and today, Wednesday, I received the most beautiful cake, how is that for first class customer service, a rare trait these days, these guys went above and beyond to deliver my request, I cannot praise them highly enough, they care about their customers and I will definitely be ordering from New Cakes and I am highly recommending New Cakes to anyone looking to order with these guys, the range of cakes are best I've came across, beautiful cakes to suit all occasions and all tastes, fantastic range, give New Cakes a try and I can guarantee you will not be disappointed.
All cakes are free delivery and you can pick your own delivery date😊 🥇🥇🥇

Amazing cake plus amazing services! Best bespoke cake shop in Great Britain ! ❤️❤️❤️

This is the first time I have used New Cakes and can say I will certainly use them again. Shay was most helpful over my concerns about delivery address and even called me the day before to put my mind at ease everything was in order.
When the cake arrived it was so well packed and presented, there was no way it could be damaged. Unlike a previous company I had used.
The cake itself was delicious and enjoyed by all.

Another year, another birthday cake from New Cakes.
As usual 5* customer service.
A beautiful bespoke birthday cake to celebrate Arsenal’s premiership win.
Detail exemplary, taste exquisite.
New Cakes never disappoint.
A very satisfied customer for approximately 10th year running.

Delicious cake. It looked brilliant and got lots of compliments. I messed up the order slightly and the company responded quickly, rang me and sorted it out. The cake arrived on time, safely packaged. I could not recommend enough

Have used a few times now for big birthdays. Delicious, well made cakes with amazing designs which can be tailored to the individual. Huge range of fillings. Well packaged and carefully delivered on time. Great customer service too. Highly recommend.

I ordered the cake at short notice. Ordered Thursday requesting delivery for Sat am. The customer service was brilliant. My property is difficult to find so they added extra information to the outside of the box. The cake decoration was excellent. The cake itself was fresh and tasted beautiful, vanilla sponge with butterscotch cream. I would definitely use again and recommend Newcakes. Thankyou for your service.
