Newbury Self Store have been extremely helpful over the 2yrs 6months I’ve used their facilities. All the staff are friendly and polite, I would recommend them to anyone.

What can I say perfect from start to finish. Clean facility, friendly staff. Great experience. Feels like a family business not like some of the big corporate storage companies. I'll definitely use them again

10 star facility
A wonderful, friendly, family run storage facility. Someone on site during opening hours. I had to store my furniture for 3 months whilst I waited to purchase new home.

Excellent Storage Facility
Needed to store some stuff during a house move. Excellent facilities, very easy to access. Staff extremely helpful. When it came time to stop the rental the process was very quick and smooth. Thank you.

Best Storage Facility in Newbury
Fantastic service from start to finish, very helpful on guidance on storage size unit that we required. I ended up needing the unit for years rather than months and there were no issues with extending. The facility itself was secure, always immaculately clean and well-stocked with trolleys for moving items.
The moment I left the unit a BACS payment was made for any 'unused' time spent in the unit. I'd highly recommend to anyone.

Great storage facility
Great storage facility. Lovely staff, very easy to get in and out with loads of equipment to help with shifting heavy loads. Stuff all kept safe, dry and secure for months. Highly recommend!

Best storage in Newbury area
Newbury Self Store is the go-to storage company for my family and friends. The staff are helpful, efficient and polite, and the storage units are well maintained, clean, dry, and secure.
It is also the most cost-friendly storage in the area.

We used Newbury Self Store for one month all the staff and owner we dealt with at different times were brilliant, efficient and welcoming. Plus as soon as you leave they pay the deposit back immediately through bacs closing off the account with ease. It’s a streamline service which we would highly recommend. T & G Hughes

Just Superb!
What a wonderful organisation! From first contact through to finally removing our items from storage the service was superb, nothing is too much trouble for them. Admin was spot-on, the stores very clean and tidy, security very good. All ancillary items - trolleys, lifts, sack trolleys always available and well maintained. Most importantly, the team at NSS are lovely people, always available for queries and support, all contacts are professional and positive, no hiding behind a website here! Thank You so much for making a tricky time - house move in 2 stages! - so much easier, I would recommend them without hesitation.
