So here's the deal with this place. I bought a Parasound Halo A31 from them. Turns out they must not be an authorized dealer (which is why they sell gear at such a good deal). The amp lost its left channel within the first 6 days or so, and of course New Age is now playing dead, not responding, refuses to stand behind the product, a product that I've had for all of 12 days now. So they're forcing me take on this whole warranty process on my own, and as everyone knows this thing is going to cost a fortune to ship. Much less remove it from my system for probably some number of weeks. Please beware these people. Their entire business is essentially a scam. If you get really lucky and your equipment NEVER has a problem, understand this: you got REALLY LUCKY.
Terrible experience with some real dirt bags. I ordered a REL S812 sub bass. The hook was to save $800. Bad idea on my part. I called New Age while the FedEx delivery waited. I was instructed to remove and inspect in spite of significant damage to the box. I immediately provided New Age with pics through the large hole in the corrugated container. I told them there was no reason to remove the 95# speaker from the box because damage to the speaker enclosure as well as the driver was evident.
Long long story short is I returned the speaker and now it’s been 11 days and no refund . I’ve called numerous times and have been hung up on three times. I have opened a dispute with AMEX. We shall see how it goes. Do Not Do Business here. They are not authorized dealers to sell anything that I am aware of. I cannot imagine if one needed help with a warranty issue. Stay away it not worth any savings.
Scam! There is no warranty, and he is not authorized to sell anything, when you call the manufacturer they reject the serial number, and when you mention Newage they tell you NO! there no warranty

Absolute scam, they do not have the products they advertise and are not authorized by the manufacturer's they claim to represent.
Beware: There is no factory warranty with products this place sells. The web site says there is, and emails from then say the same. My Yamaha receiver went out after a couple months. I called tech support at Yamaha who determined it would need to go back and emailed me an RA and asked for a copy of the receipt. New-Age says to go through them for warranty, which I did and put the Yamaha request on hold. Then nothing. I called every other day for 10 days, the last days they never answered the phone. Their answer was always we are waiting on Yamaha. I eventually gave up and went through Yamaha, where I was informed there was no record of New-Age ever contacting them regarding my unit. This organization is nothing but lies.
Josh appears to be a one-man band who doesn't actually have any of the products he is selling. The products come from other Dealers/Sources and are not recognized by the manufactures. So they are either counterfeit or.... If something goes wrong Josh either doesn't have the knowledge, ability or desire to try and fix it. But he is good with the lip service. In my experience, you'll never get ahold of him on the phone, and the chat feature on the website is completely ignored. Email is his preferred choice of blowing smoke. I have now come up with 3 addresses that he is associated with, 2 in CA, one of which is a UPS Store and his website states he is in AZ. The prices are not worth the potential hassle or loss.
