Very poor quality

Order arrived in good time but the quality advertised and price charged, I am very disappointed. I washed my pram suit as per the washing instructions and the ears on the hood have all started coming unstitched, also the tassel muslin is now all frayed. Very disappointing for the price paid when I've not even had a chance to use them yet. I would avoid

All of our items are made from organic cotton and are designed to be high quality, durable, and gentle for babies. Each piece is carefully produced and inspected, so it is unusual for the ears on the hood to come unstitched or for the tassel muslin to fray after washing in line with the care instructions.

Neutrum Bear is a UK based business, with our team operating from Manchester. We also have a US office in Oregon to support our customers there. We can assure you that we are not a Chinese company.
Having reviewed the dates referenced, this coincided with a period where we were migrating our website to a new server. During this time, the contact form messaging facility was temporarily unavailable. Emails remained operational, and customers were also able to contact us via Instagram, however we appreciate that this disruption may have affected your experience.
We take customer service seriously and are always happy to help.

Le site(chat en ligne)me dit d'une manière plutôt arrogante, que non, qu'ils ne peuvent rien faire pour moi et m'accuse limite de souhaiter obtenir un pyjama gratuit pour un bébé pour lequel je me bats pour sa survie car alitée en menace d'accouchement prématuré....Le tout malgré la preuve écrite du paiement par la banque
J'espère au moins que ma carte n'a pas été piratée à défaut de revoir cet argent ou ce pyjama....

We reviewed this matter at the time and provided evidence showing that we did not receive any order or payment associated with your details. Unfortunately, you were unable to provide an order number or order confirmation, which meant we had no record of a transaction within our system.
As we had not received any funds, we advised you to contact your bank directly and ask them to investigate the payment. Only your bank is able to trace the transaction and confirm where the funds were sent, and if necessary, arrange a recovery or refund.
We understand how concerning this situation is and remain happy to assist further if you are able to provide any additional information, such as an order confirmation or transaction reference.

Saved Christmas
I ordered a gift for my granddaughter a week before Christmas and it arrived for Christmas which was good. Next time I’ll get something personalised but this might take longer to arrive. Overall I’m pleased with the service and quality.

The item description on their website is in accurate. The clothes size is definitely bigger than they should be.
Their water bottle doesn’t even come with a cleaning brush.
The quality of items is rather basic and they market it as luxury.

Lovely product but not the right colour
Lovely product. But colour states beige…the product is cream/white. Customer service is atrocious….i have emailed and commented on Facebook but no reply has been received. I did not receive an email with the invoice no.i am going to return with my name and address and I hope get a refund.
