We’re really sorry this was your experience. We know how disappointing it is when a delivery doesn’t land the way it should.

We took a closer look at your order and want to share a bit more context. It was placed on March 9, shipped the following day, and marked as delivered by the carrier on March 14. The address on file was confirmed as correct, and a delivery photo was also provided.

That said, we understand that “delivered” doesn’t always mean it made it into your hands. As soon as your message came through, we responded and worked to make it right by sending a replacement and issuing a partial refund.

We also want to mention that while we offer chat and email support, our phone lines are open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST if you ever prefer to speak with us directly.

We hear your concerns, and we know there’s still room for us to improve. While we did everything we could to help in this case, we understand if the experience still didn’t meet expectations.
