I started off fine with this company until today when they fraudulently took £38 from my bank account and sent me a confirmation email of an order I’d allegedly made this morning. I have not been anywhere near their site. I then went onto their site to see what was going on and it said “Next payment due 15th March”. I’ve been buying from this company every 2 months since September and they have never offered subscriptions. I read every inch of that website and it states nothing about subscriptions. I even started an order without logging in to see if subscriptions were offered and again, no mention of them. They are automatically signing up customers for subscriptions without consent and it is not even written in small print anywhere or offered to you. The cancellation page didn’t work - surprise surprise. And there is no way to get out of it. Thankfully my bank refunded it immediately and I cancelled my card. Which is a massive headache as I’ll have to update my actual subscriptions like Netflix etc. No response to my emails either. Absolute disgrace, nothing but a sneaky deceitful company. Avoid at all costs. I’m furious at a waste of a day off work and the stress.

I wanted to try the product for focus and some menopause symptoms. I purchased a multi-bottle selection because I'm not one to be certain of immediate changes unless it's very noticeable. Once I completed the first purchase, I felt I did notice some improvements, so I made a second purchase. The improvements weren't as extreme as the ads indicate, but enough for me to appreciate the mild help it offers. By the 3rd purchase (I prefer to prompt my purchases vs setting up an auto-ship membership. Purchasing multiple bottles = cost savings), I was finally scammed into a membership which I didn't know about until I checked my bank statement. I hadn't noticed until the 2nd month I had $30. charges, and they hadn't even sent any product! I emailed them pointing this out, they sent back a screenshot of the section of the order where one COULD prompt joining their membership, what WAS NOT in the screenshot was a checkmark in the box agreeing to do so. I made it clear I want them to cancel the membership I never marked that I wanted, and that I would like a bottle for each month they charged me. They did honor my request and I've been monitoring my account, so far no more charges. Now I'm almost out of stock and afraid to order more! So, 3 stars is for the fact I like the product, but I do not like their business practice.

Total scam. I took the drops with high hopes for treating my MTFR gene issues. I was patient used as directed for the 90 days that I purchased the supplement for. Terrible headaches and stomach issues. I asked for a refund x revived it only to find that I had been getting charged $30 monthly for a VIP program I never did subscribed to. Had I accidentally subscribed, it should have immediately been cancelled when I cancelled my product and explained it was making me sick and specifically asked to be taken off the subscription box delivery. They are 2 separate subscriptions come to find out. I needed to let them know that I wanted to cancel both, even though I didn’t even know I was a part of the VIP or that it existed. Why would I continue to be a part of a program for a supplement that made me sick? 6 months later and I got sent a random box and was charged again. I tried to give them the benefit of the double but I cancelled in July 2025 and just got charged and hippies in Jan 2026. DO NOT BUY!

I ordered Nerodrops to trial as I’m 56 and adhd, my 11 year old grand daughter is Autistic and ADHD with PDA profile and refuses her medication.
I thought I’ll try this and she has as well. First week in both of us were concentrating so much that she finished a project and didn’t stop for 3 hours and I was in my office watch 3 hours of trading without stopping.
We both came out for lunch then realised.
Been taking neurodrops for a year now and I notice a massive difference, went off them for a month to make sure then back on them again.
As below I hadn’t signed up for monthly and had 3 different payments come out in the one month, this was rectified and those bottles sent to me altogether and haven’t had an issue at all.
I should get the 3 bottles which is cheaper but being adhd that would mean going on and ordering every couple months which wouldn’t happen so one bottle a month does both of us.
It’s not cheap but it is natural and helps us both. It was either Ritalin which she won’t take or this which seems to work well, obviously not as good as Ritalin I presume but better than nothing.

I made an order on the 23rd September and since then they have charged my credit card every month without my permission. 5 different amounts of £22. I have not received anything nor did I sign up for something and I’m now having to contact my bank to complain

Beware if you purchase in the UK. They state that any returns must be sent to the United States in order to get a refund. This is very difficult because of the nature of the goods.

I used one bottle of the product it didn’t do anything they also have another product called geltides they charged me over $500 and told me to send the product back at me cost then told it was unrefundable this stuff is a total scam do not order anything from them they won’t answer my emails anymore

I would give a 0 star if I could this company is a scam! Not only does it say drops work immediately on the ads it literally does nothing except make you sick to your stomach! They scam you into thinking your only buying one time when its really a subscription! I litteraly didnt check the club box but somehow still got signed up for it! It says 60 day money back guarantee but what it doesnt say is you have to pay for it 3 months in order to get your initial 30 dollars back! So now she trying to say it takes months to show a difference when online the add says immediately same day! They are a absolute scam that literally makes you think youll get your money back when you wont! They also automatically sign you up for membership without you even checking that box without your consent. They are a fraud and I will continue to write bad reviews and report them until they are no longer scamming people! Also Google says they dont do anything and they are fake! Literally Google says its a scam! Beware people dont fall for these Facebook adds with these different things they claim do all these things! Do your research and Google anything off facebook before you end up scammed like me!

Originally ordered drops back in October and did not subscribe to a repeat order, however got debited for one without my knowledge and cannot find anywhere on their website to cancel. Will not be ordering again in the future due to this! Have now disputed charge with my bank!

This company is a scam. They lock you into a subscription that you had no idea about and double charge you. Their help desk is also nonexistent. Do not buy from them.

I ordered and cancelled within 30 minutes because of the negative reviews I read after ordering. The customer service was prompt and friendly and cancelled. A week or so later I had a package of Neurodrops delivered. I thought maybe the order was processed before they could cancel the shipment, I didn’t get charged though. The weird sketchy thing is the return address was listed for a “Jim Chow” at a residential address in New York. I emailed them to let them know and ask about the reason behind the address and they said it wasn’t from their company even though it’s all packaged as Neurodrops. I just threw it all away.. who knows wtf this sketchy stuff is!!

Scammed by hidden subscription –

I was charged for months without consent
I purchased a one-off order of NeuroDrops (five bottles) and that was all I intended to buy. At checkout, there was an option called “NeuroDrops Club” which was listed as $0 and automatically ticked. Nothing stated that this was a paid subscription or that it would result in ongoing charges. I assumed it was a free gift or bonus—not something that would bill me.
Despite never selecting or agreeing to any subscription, NeuroDrops continued to charge my card for four months after my original purchase. I received no products for these charges and had absolutely no idea this was happening until I checked my statements.
When I contacted them, they insisted I had agreed to a subscription, which is completely untrue, it was added to my order without my knowledge! And they refused to refund me at all for the ongoing payments, for a membership i didnt agree to and didnt receive anything for! Their website did not clearly disclose any ongoing fees, and listing something as $0 while secretly enrolling customers in recurring payments is misleading and unacceptable. Also this was automatically added to my purchase I didn't select this option at all!
This experience has been extremely frustrating and feels like a deliberate attempt to take advantage of customers. I would strongly caution others before purchasing from this company!

Scammers. They keep taking money from my account. I never signed up for a subscription, not that I've recieved any more of their snake oil anyway!!
4 months they've been dipping into my bank account!

They added a subscription on my order that I did not select and charged me for it then refused refund said there was no way I could have not known I selected it. I went in the customer portal and canceled the subscription that day. A month later I get charged again for the same subscription I canceled October 21st 2025. They said they didn’t know I canceled it but promised me they canceled it this time. I know they are full of crap because when I first emailed them again Tuesday Nov 18 I checked the portal before then no subscription to be found. They still refuse to refund me anything they act like I’m lying but I have proof I cancelled in October.

I thought the drops worked.
But after first shipment and all gone, I expected more to be sent because my card was being charged $29.99 every month. I trued to call every # and sent emails to no avail. When I called my credit card company over some strange charges, I realized this co. Was a scammer. They charged me many times a month for all amounts-$70, 66.36, 55.28 and more for every month July/Aug/Sept/Oct/Nov.
My credit card company listed them all “under investigation”. Most were from Delaware (never there) one a convenient store..imagine that! So I guess they are outta biz with the drops and running a scam biz now!

They were billing me and had me sign up and there was no were to cancel it. I contacted them and got no response and IT WAS NOT CLEAR THAT I WAS SUBSCRIBE. SCAM

I placed an order in July. Not only was the product wholly ineffective, but also produced side effects, so I requested a refund as 100% satisfaction guarantee was advertised. I described my dissatisfaction and intention to discontinue use via email with customer support. The email I received back said that they would only provide a 50% refund unless I used the product for a full 60 days. (IE. They were hoping I would sit through this waiting period and forget to ask for a refund again later.) As I stated, the product caused side effects for me, so I didn’t want to continue using. I accepted the 50% refund instead of being dishonest about using for 60 full days.
Over 3 months later, I was charged $30 again. I emailed customer support again (just 3 days after this charge) asking what it was for. It turns out they never canceled my membership when I asked for a refund. The claimed they “didn’t know” I had signed up (the discount for signing up was blatantly visible on my receipt), and also claimed that my bank would not allow them to refund me for any charges (obviously bogus; my bank would be just fine with them crediting $30 to my account.)
We went back and forth several times, and they dug their heels in about not providing a refund; which, to make matters even worse, was not an auto-ship of the product; it is a “membership fee” to have exclusive access to discounts on their website- YIKES. They were able to snake their way through not providing refunds when owed through technicalities, but ultimately I was forced to dispute the charges with my bank.
This company is selling snake oil and scamming customers with worthless memberships. No refunds. Just slimy emails full of happy-face emojis. Avoid at all costs!!!

First of all the product doesn’t work.
They claim a 60 days money back guaranteed but it s all false.
The worse is that they subscribe you automatically and charge you every month for reorder ( who never get sent) take the money from your account without authorization.
Now I try to get to them but a week later nobody answer to me. I had to cancel my credit card and order an other one.

Didn’t honour the cancellation, after my first order, I cancelled.

For months they continued to take almost $50 CAD a month from my account. Even though I had cancelled in July. It even still says “pending” when i checked my account. For months. They said it wasn’t “processed in time” & offered me a “free” bottle.

It’s not free, if I’ve paid hundreds to get it as a consolation prize.
They are refuse to refund, and I will have to get my bank involved to reverse these scam charges.

Do not use this company, they are preying on neurodivergent people with predatory subscriptions.

The product tastes very nice but had zero effect on me. I was very much looking forward to seeing some improvements to my ADHD symptoms, so was extremely disappointed when nothing happened.

The website clearly stated the following:

As stated above, I had had zero changes (noticeable or otherwise) so I reached out before the 60 days were over, explained it all in an email and requested the promised full refund. The response I got made me quite angry and just sent my anxiety through the roof. No questions asked.... really? I followed the recommended usage, dosage, etc but got nothing.... honour your own guarantee and just refund the purchase...without bombarding me with all those questions.
