To whom it may concern. You sent me the wrong items. I spoke with one of your customer service reps who was, in my opinion, not qualified to handle the problem. Her communication skills were inadequate. She doesn't know the importance of listening (rule one of proper communication etiquette) but instead talked over me. This is an all too common problem in the USA. It's hard to find good help, as you well know. I will no longer do business with Net32. I have received your reply and have decided not to waste my valuable time on this matter because your company lacks sufficient integrity and credibility, in part due to the undereducated staff in your employ. You are unable to resolve anything. Haha, welcome to good old U.S.A. !!!

They use USPS who only delivers to mailbox's my package could not fit in the mailbox so they must of left it out on the sidewalk and now it's missing and no one is helping me
