Excellent service from local estate…
Excellent service from local estate agent in Aylestone with added benefit of her local knowledge. All Nest staff extremely friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The Solicitor they recommended, BHW are excellent and very efficient and both parties worked well together. Would thoroughly recommend both Nest and BHW for a smooth buying and selling experience.

No added value
Other than putting our property on Rightmove and then acting as a telephone exchange between us and various parties I don’t feel that they added any more value to the process of us moving home.
The staff in the office are all very friendly but it was left up to us to show people round our property, they provided no help whatsoever in our search for a new home and the solicitors they recommended were abysmal.
When things went disastrously wrong towards completion, (due to the incompetence of the solicitors they had put us on to), their solution to the crisis was to put it all on us to resolve the various issues and then to call us on a daily basis to see what we had managed to sort out. At one point they suggested that we move out of our home before we had anywhere else to go just so that our buyer who was also their client could move in before Xmas. Presumably this was so that they could get some fees in before year end.
All in all it wasn’t a good experience and we wish we had gone with one of the online only estate agents. I dare say that we would have had the same amount of hassle, grief & stress but would have saved ourselves £2,000.

Excellent friendly service from the…
Excellent friendly service from the local agent who lives in Aylestone who knew my area well. Photographs that she took to sell the house were so professionally done and worked really well as the house sold in two weeks. Was then kept informed about the sale which went through smoothly. Would highly recommend.

my house selling experience with Nest
My experience of selling a property with the Wigston branch of Nest estate agencies was excellent. The agent was local to the Aylestone area and had an extensive knowledge of both surrounding properties and amenities to give me complete confidence in the valuation. With a very personable approach and attention to detail I felt very supported, with was no wasted time and totally in the right hands .
