Horrible all around
Horrible all around. Phoned and wrote several times. Kept telling me that the order was on its way and still nothing after over a year. This ain’t the way to start up a new business. Other people got their orders for the same articles 9 months ago but I guess my orders were ignored. Promised to send and tracking still says waiting on article to be received for shipping. Absolutely a nightmare. And yes regardless of what they say I have communicated several times. I just wrote 2 days ago, after they told me a month ago it would be sent and it’s still not sent. The postal service in the UK hasn’t been on strike for 5 weeks straight.

No phone calls and the strike in question happened day after we raised claim to try and locate his parcel.
Sad he has chosen to ignore the emails and resort to this, we will get this fixed.
While Jessie has a right to be upset and his opinion his delivery was collected by royal mail who for all business accounts collect sealed bags and cages with first scans being done at their depot.
We have emailed and said we are chasing this and will get back with a few days, royal mail checks are not instant and they are on strike this week. We will respond and take corrective action soon as they do and ensure this turns into a positive experience.
Being an international order he may not be aware of this but has not responded further to the email and instead hit our reviews which is of course his right but some comms back would have helped.
Part of his order was not in stock and some lines not fully shipped to this day by vendor and all done within shipping costs paid and site terms and conditions.
Going forward we have suspended all international sales and plan to focus on UK market only.

Dates are clearly listed as an estimate and subject to change without warning, estimate was end of May so wrong to assume waiting 7 months and Hasbro as is common for most distributors in the current climate has yet to ship full allocation. They are not at this point readily available in the UK as a full set, 2 figures have held the range up and a look at across a few retailers proves this point and those that have arrived only have done so during May, not 7 months ago as claimed.
David has said he will remove this review once he gets the figures and placed it after sending a email at 4am in the morning really giving us zero time to speak with him.

Always a joy to empty my wallet here
I have been ordering with Nerd toys for 4 years, I genuinely don't trust other sellers like Nerd toys. I'm now on really informal terms with Jason whereby I just talk on messenger with him, always kept fully up to date and if you follow him on Facebook you'll see photos of the stock he carries, fully stocked. I have 5 items on pre order, and despite what people say pre orders do on occasion get delayed, that's the fault of the manufacturer not the seller, the items I have on pre order are by super7 and are 2 years late.
He always sends orders within 48 hours, well packaged and operates a generous points system, I regularly end up with 10 and 20 pounds off orders. He even creates a bespoke listing for me for stock that isn't listed. I can't emphasize how top notch the customer service is. The one time my other half ordered from any where else which was tin soldier action figures, we got burned as he folded. So if you want a good experience, read all the other reviews and use nerd toys and if something isn't in stock send a message he usually has one tucked away.

Oddball Business Owner
The owner of this business Jason is out of his depth. Ordered x2 items at £150 and made me wait over 6 months to ship because one them was on pre order and is too tight to send out the said item that is in stock due to and I quote ‘margins involved’ - other retailers send items that are in stock regardless of if the other is on pre order. I’m not interested in your margins. There was nothing on your website that stated this. This also took 5 ignored emails where I finally got a response after I asked my bank to refund the deposit due to non receipt of goods which finally got his attention, claimed the email inbox is not monitored and then said he would send the in stock £20 item free of charge which he didn’t.
My previous order for Neca TMNT at £220 which were in stock took 5 weeks to be delivered for which he blamed and I quote ‘the help not being good enough’ which I think he simply did not have the items on hand and wanted to keep my money whilst waiting for them to come into stock from his distributor.
I have since taken my business to Comics&Cocktails who offer free delivery and ship right away along with Zavvi who don’t hold an order to ransom because a portion of it might be on a pre order and send in stock items right away even if the other is waiting to come in.
I wouldn’t mind if the guy was honest but ignoring emails, making me wait 5 weeks to ship something and excuses about margins relating to your shipping which I paid for as part of the order is a joke. You’ve lost what would have been a long standing customer and collector.

So much wrong with this review. All was clear in terms and conditions and on the listings on shipping and dates.
The £150 order was a pre-order and only a 10% deposit was paid, on setting this up he agreed to the terms and conditions on cancellation and shipping and on asking to cancel decided while agreeing to those terms he did not accept them. So why would we ship part when he had not paid for it and terms was agreed to for the plan?
The TMNT order all clearly stated we only ship when full order is in stock and this is common for many stores including those named, they all ask you to place separate orders for in stock and pre order.
On shipping one shipping charge was made on one and free selected on the other so no there was no margin to pay extra post and packing and again all was clear on we only ship when full order is in stock.
Despite all that we did try to work with him but his entitled and rude attitude made this difficult to do and he waiting 5 months from the events to post this review, easy to see all is not as he claims. Now dont get me wrong we have made mistakes in the past, we are human and we always own them if they happen, on this case we was in the clear but still tried to help and for that and his lack of respect for what he agreed to I get called a oddball, wow, just wow.
Hopefully with others he will read the details in future and show some basic human respect.

Delayed stock, kind staff and easy refund
Tried to order a Christmas item but not a lot of comms. After messaging them recently they explained Hasbro hadn't been very communicative or forth coming with the latest stock. They kindly refunded me when I asked and sent over the requested delivery anyway. Would be good if they communicated issues sooner but they were very quick to apologize and refund as well as explain the situation.
