Whole experience from ordering to the delivery by Andress has been great. I was kept updated about the delivery and Andress went the extra mile to put the cladding into my garage for me. Many thanks.

Composite Balustrade Kits
I ordered 12 sets of composite balustrade to complete my decking project. The order process was simple and the kit arrived within a week...scheduled for between 7-10 days delivery.
They arrived on a reinforced pallet with plenty of shrinkwrap so well protected.
One box was missing a set of plastic collars, but when I contacted NeoTimber, they replied within an hour stating a set were being sent off. They arrived the next working day, whilst I was still doing the job, so no delays to my project.
I am not a tradesman, just a DIYer, so happy to say the instructions to assemble and fit the railing kits were easy to follow and they look great in position, so delighted all round with the product as well as NeoTimbers communications. I would recommend this company.
