These guys basically take your money, THEN order the stock and use your money to finance their inventory purchases, there is no stock on hand. They use customers to finance their operations and claim ‘out of stock’ issues (they never had the stock in the first place!). Shonky operation.

Ordered a long sleeve jersey, long bibs, and a vest according to sizing chart. Received apparel wasn’t even close in fit. The vest would not zip, bibs would not go over my waist (med, my waist 32), jersey the same ill fit. I returned the items and they sent me a gift card. The problem is, I am out 170+dollars and I was told they would not have that apparel until the end of the year. Looking at their site, they are severely lacking inventory of all kinds. They are unwilling to refund my money. Something is not right.

I am out 170 dollars until you have merchandise to buy. I am giving you a loan. I want my money back. When you get inventory I promise I will buy it. How stupid does that sound… About as stupid as giving someone a card for 170 dollars and saying buy nothing!

Happy to have been proven wrong, as was a bit skeptical. Started small with a jersey on sale and all good from there. Order, confirmation, communication nothing to complain about in the contrary. Original design and good quality. Ended ordering again and same satisfaction. My go to place before anywhere else.

I have bought both jerseys and bibs from NeoPro over the years and am 100% satisfied with their service, efficiency with postage and quality of their designs. For newbies and experienced cyclists who are looking for good quality and well priced kit, this is the go-to place to shop.

This is a revised review- I previously had two bad experiences concerning shipping charges and delivery times but customer service reached out to resolve the situation. Nick went above and beyond to make things right and I have since made another purchase and as always the gear is top notch.

Low prices, great products and service.
As a repeat buyer I couldn't imagine buying from anywhere else. Service is great, items are shipped promptly, sizes are accurate to the sizing guide available.

I've purchased a range of products from NeoPro, including several bibs, jerseys, winter jackets, casual gear and various accessories and I've never been let down.

All apparel fits as per their size guide (check it out, as you may need to size up from your usual) and is of a very good quality. I've had no issues with any of the gear I've purchased over the past 2-3 years, not even as much as a pulled thread.

Overall my experience has been excellent and I wouldn't think about buying cycling apparel from anyone else.

Finally affordable kit that doesn't break my wallet. Both the bibs and their jerseys are durable and good looking. Lasts just as long if not longer than other expensive bibs and jerseys that I have had before. Cannot reccomend Neopro enough. Sizing for online is always difficult for me but the size chart was a great guide. Here's to many years of

Sometimes cheap doesn't mean quality. In the case of NeoPro, this is not the case. Their products are top shelf and well worth much more than they charge. I haven't worn too many jerseys that are better (they fit as per their sizing chart so don't follow your usual sizes), and their bibs are very good (I've worn better but for far more money, so hardly justifiable for someone who just rides socially).

And I'm not sure about the negative reviews about customer service and not being able to contact the company. I've never seen a company so quick to respond to messages/posts on their Facebook page, and always so positive to support their customers.

Forget your biases and jump on board. You won't be disappointed.

Saw a few Instagram ads and bought 2x jerseys and was honestly shocked at how good the quality was for the price I paid. Customer service was really helpful when I asked about sizing.
I also love the community they have on Facebook for other like minded cyclists!

Great kit at a great price! I’ve bought a fair bit of kit from these guys and never had a problem. It’s good quality, and an even better price. Never had an issue with sizing or their delivery. All round great experience and that’s why I keep coming back to them.

Been buying neopro kit since I got back into cycling about 3 years ago. I still have the first bibs and jersey I bought and the only thing slightly wrong is the logo has faded on the bibs. I have bought Jerseys (short and long sleeve), bibs, gillets, winter gloves, arm warmers, leg warmers, socks and a tri suit. Basically everything they sell. Before I found these guys I had other mor expensive brands like Le Col, Castelli and Neopro is on par for comfort and quality. The designs are mint and get better every season. I have also share my experience with friends and they are Neopro customers. I have had times where I have needed to return sizes and never had issues. The return process is the same as every other retailer. I have also had times where I got the wrong order and it was fixed immediately. I now very rarely buy kit elsewhere.

The absolute BEST kit at the BEST price I've been able to find! Their size chart is 100% accurate, and every item I've purchased has been absolute top notch quality. I now have 5 pairs of bibs, 6 jerseys, and several pairs of socks, and I've been 100% satisfied with EVERY SINGLE ITEM!

Own half a dozen neopro items - all have stood up to a couple of years of abuse. Better quality than most budget brands, as good as most higher quality brands. Design has got better over the years and service is outstanding.

I have been using the bibs for over two years. I do most of my training indoors so need my gear to be comfortable which these are. They have stood up to a lot of abuse as I sweat a lot indoors but even after 2 years of use and washing they are still in great condition. Recently bought bibs for my wife, socks, road and MTB jerseys and shorts. All sized right and delivery was quick. Plus a great community of riders when you see people wearing neopro out and about. Highly recommended.
