Great customer service
The time was great, I contacted them by email and with in the week had a design made up and ready to view. I made a few changes and they were very happy to help. Emily kept me informed when it was ready to ship, and I had the sign within a couple of weeks. Great service and product.

Waited 2 almost 3 weeks to get any…
Waited 2 almost 3 weeks to get any updates on my sign and to contact them multiple times and then get a picture and video and ir wasn’t the right color. Waited another week for them to say they already mailed it without pictures or video and received again the wrong color!! Paid for a sign that I won’t use because they offered a partial refund. Horrible experience!

As this was a custom-made product produced according to the design specifications, it normally does not qualify for refunds. However, we still offered a 25% reimbursement as a gesture of goodwill. Our goal is always for our customers to love their custom pieces, and we’re sorry we missed the mark for you this time. Your feedback regarding the color perception is valuable and helps us improve our process for future clients.
