Well, my package arrived in a timely manner! It was delivered immediately I noticed the box was damaged and immediately took photos. To my dismay it was broken in half. This was no fault of Neon Sign Life. FedEx was horrible about the care. Upon opening, which took forever, because it was packaged and wrapped with much care by Neon Sign Life, I was sad. However, I contacted Neon Sign Life immediately. Without any hesitation, they said they would send a replacement immediately. They never quetioned me, and not until later did they as for proof. I am sure to contact FedEx about the poor service. I was impressed to see the dimmer options, the flashing options, the timer options. I had not idea (because I was in a hurry) that the the product was so great and had great options. I had a coupon available right away and THE SERVICE WAS AMAZING. No fault to them for FedEx, but I can't wait to get the new one.
