Cute colourful outfits, perfect for summer holidays.
I bought a few items, but sadly only the top suited me. But it was great and was just what I needed.
Will re-visit the store!

The experience is always made personal and very friendly. Good quality clothing and I love the fact that the sizes are for all shapes

The cardgian I bought is absolutely beautiful and incredibly made. My order arrived so quickly and I received updates for my tracking for every step which I haven't gotten from many big brands in a while whilst ordering online. 100% recommend this brand, will definitely be buying again, my new favourite brand!!

Items not received! Customer service ignored by my emails and I’m still to await where my stuff is and if I will get a refund of replacement. I do not recommend I feel like I have been scammed out of my money! Stay away from this company.

Really fast shipping, well packaged

Unfortunately the clothes are really terrible quality! The buttons from the jeans hadn't even been rebranded and were hanging off. Everything was really thin and odd fitting. Not worth the sale price let alone full price.

Unfortunately the issue of returning the item has been a nightmare. I ordered from Neon Rose in early June and attempted to return the item a few weeks later. I tried 3 different shops to return this and they all said there was a problem with the returns label. I emailed NR straight away and to this day there’s still no solution. Unfortunately they have not provided me with a working free returns label in 9 weeks and continually keep saying the issue should be resolved the following week - this has been over 2 months now. It’s tiring and the fact they won’t refund me if I return it off my own back is madness - they will lose customers 100%. A gesture of goodwill for this ridiculous inconvenience would go a long way. Alas, I’m yet to receive a solution. Not holding my breath that’s for sure.

Great clothes but not impressed there's a problem with the returns company so you have to.pay for your own shipping . This should have been clearly.stayed before purchasing.

Clothes are horrendous, look nothing like the photos and awful quality. I have returned the order due to this and have still not received my refund of £90. I have emailed them on several occasions but they don't respond!

These clothes are beautiful! The quality is great, the design is unique and the delivery was fast. I was attracted to Neon Rose for their sustainability focus, then discovered the clothes looked amazing. So happy with my purchases-thank you!

Order arrived promptly. Gorgeous clothing range. Only problem was you are having issues with returns as it’s on going so I had to return some items an had to pay for the returns. So untill issue resolved won’t order again. Paying for delivery is not a problem but paying as well for returns isn’t what t want to do.

I had an issue with the colour running on a dress and the customer service was extremely slow and their solution was disappointing. My reply was ignored. Not thrilled!
