Nenette Chocolates Anmeldelser

Nenette was very pleasant to deal with and managed to turn around my order very quickly for a last minute gift. They also taste amazing! Many thanks!

Ordered an Easter gift via the website and asked for it to be sent direct to my sister - with no prices and a little note. My request was kindly obliged!

However at Easter my sister sent me a picture of the item and it was the wrong thing. I contacted Nenette by email and despite some technical issues (you may need to resend!), she called me back to apologise and has - at her own cost - resent the correct item.

How a company handles making mistakes and how they respond is very telling as to the level of care and courtesy. I cannot fault the service received and I'm told the white chocolate "is to die for"! Highly recommended.

Kept informed throughout ordering process. Third time I've ordered from this company. Chocolates absolutely delicious.

Excellent chocolates, superb taste, beautifully presented.

Bought from you before
What can you say wonderful chocolate always more ish good selection
Very well packed
Very quick when posted
Would recommend every time

I love Nenette"s chocolates - my favourite truffle flavour is gooseberry fool, it's fantastic! The easter selection I really good - a ruby chocolate egg - can't wait to try a bit. I ordered on Saturday evening and they arrived today, well wrapped so no damage to the eggs.

Gorgeous chocolates, I have received and ordered these for friends and family several times and they are always delivered quickly and very good quality.

I always get extremely high quality chocolates for special occasions from Nenette. Both my wife and my mum are very lucky to receive these!

Amazing service! Beautiful chocolate!!
Will definitely order again!

I received some of Nanette's chocolates for Christmas and they were delicious! So much so I needed an 80th birthday present for a special lady and so bought some of Nanette's chocolates for her, which she absolutely loved!

These chocolates are unique and delicious! Highly recommend.

Annette’s chocolates are the best I brought several of these boxes for my family and friends and everyone came back and said how delicious they were so I would recommend everyone to try them. Thank you Nanette.

Crafted handmade chocolates beautifully presented as a box of 6 - a great variety of taste sensations.

I am sorry to say they did not meet my expectations ,considering the price ,
They did not have a lot of flavour,

Very nice chocolates have bought them several times , and have never been disappointed,

The service was prompt and friendly. These chocolates are very special and made ideal extra gifts for my family at Christmas.

I ordered a large box of the Tipsy Truffle selection for myself, to see me through Christmas and New Year. I much prefer small amounts of special chocolates to large amounts of everyday chocolate and this selection didn't disappoint! Every one of them was absolutely gorgeous!!!!! It did work out rather expensive as I had them posted, but perhaps next time, (Covid shielding permitting), I will be able to collect my order from a stockists instead as we live in Leicestershire.

These chocolates have to be tasted to be believed. So much nicer than any of the so called luxury brands on the market. Always arrive in a timely fashion having been beautifully made and packed. So lovely for presents, but even nicer as a special treat to me, just because I can:) Absolutely dreamy! Please do try them.
