Totally waste of money. In the photos the nail colours were so vivid, nothing compared to what I received. I am very disappointed.

Les ongles sont d'une très belle qualité et le service clientèle est vraiment efficace et réactif. Je recommande cette marque et je passerai de nouveau commande c'est certain!

After reading such good reviews I gave Neli Press On nails a shot and ordered a few sets. It was during Sales time so it gor some time to arrive, but the costumer service was very quick to answer and explain everything. Meanwhile, got my order, only used 1 set so far but I have to say, the nails are even more beautiful in person, feel veeeery confortable to wear (I’ve used others before and these are my favourite so far). Very excited to try the other designs I bought 😍

Délais d'expédition très long, 1 mois pour des ongles pour lesquels il y a des stocks, donc qui sont prêts en amont, je ne comprends pas, j'ai contacté le sav pour avoir des informations sur le délais d'expédition je n'ai eu aucune réponse. J'ai pris une livraison à domicile je me suis retrouvée avec une livraison en point relais, à 40min de chez moi, les ongles sont similaires à ceux sur le site mais les couleurs sont différentes, et pire, j'ai reçu un set d'ongle où l'un d'eux est usé et a du vernis écaillé. J'ai changé de site pour press on parce que celui sur lequel je commande habituellement était en maintenance, j'aurais mieux fait de m'abstenir, site à fuir.

It is the Ocean treasure set, I was binge watching Netf.... at around 3 pm on sunday a moment I choose precisely not to do anything and being able to put on the nails and have time for them to settle correctly, one of the decorations came off even before I glued it to my nail, and the other two yesterday (while being at an office in front of a computer job), the most cleaning products I used were shampoo (late at night) and hand washing soap the nex day during working hours, I only used the glue and alcohol swap provided with the sets.

I was going to rate 5 stars because of the kindness, patience and understanding towards all of the issues I had with local customs that made it finally possible to get my products......unfortunately I just put on one of the sets I got and :( I had to glue one of the "gel finished" to the acrilic base since it came off while putting the rest of the nails and it's been less than 24 hrs and another two gel nails have come off, showing they are not hand made, they seem just stickers and some nail decorations added, at first glance they seemed better than other brand I got but I'm dissapointed, after all the struggles we faced....only goood point on the nails is the size it does cover my nails and look natural, but they are not.lasting even a day.

Ich habe hier Nägel bestellt, da ich diese für ein Event gebraucht habe. Nach der Beratung, welche Größe zu meinen Nägel passt - die von der Seite selbst angeboten wird - habe ich diese dann bestellt.

Kurz darauf bekomme ich eine Mail, dass die Lieferzeit nicht eingehalten werden kann. Anschließend versuchte man mir noch zu helfen, dass wir eine Lösung finden. Als ich meinte, dass ich die Nägel dringend brauche und daher dann leider woanders schauen muss, und deshalb die Bestellung storniere, bekam ich einfach keine Antwort mehr. Man hat mich ignoriert und irgendwann habe ich dann 7 Tage später eine Versandbestätigung per Mail bekommen (zu spät!). Auf Nachfrage, wie das denn sein kann, da ich ja storniert habe, bekam ich natürlich wieder keine Antwort. Ein Paket kam bei mir an, das andere ging direkt zurück zum Absender.

Die Nagelgröße die mir empfohlen wurde, passt mir übrigens auch nicht. Den zweiten Stern gibt es lediglich, weil die Nägel an sich wirklich sehr schön aussehen.

J’ai dû avoir une longue attente à cause de l’afflux des commandes mais le service client était adorable ! Ils m’ont même offert un set gratuit pour s’excuser du retard 😭

J’avais des tonnes de questions et ils m’ont toujours répondu répondu rapidement et avec bienveillance🫶

Pour ce qui est de la pose et de la taille je n’ai eu aucun problème ! (Lisez bien le guide des tailles sur le site)
Aussi n’oubliez pas de vous limer légèrement le dessus des ongles pour que les bandes adhésives s’agrippent longtemps ça change tout !

Très beaux faux ongles! En effet, avec les gels pads ils se décollent rapidement mais avec la colle ça tient bien. Je recommande!

Les ongles ont commencé à avoir des singes d'usure au bout de 48h après la première utilisation. Je suis un peu déçu du résultat et de la qualité.

I ordered a set that unfortunately wasn’t available. Customer service gave me two options to either wait and get a second set for free (😍😱) or to choose another set. I didn’t mind waiting and think it’s amazingly kind to have send a second set. I love both sets and the packaging and everything is soooooo cute and stylish. Would recommend and buy again. Which I will once my funds allow it 😍😍😍😍😍

J'ai acheté 3 sets d'ongles, ils sont très beaux mais seulement 1 set sur les 3 est à ma taille alors que j'ai pris des tailles identiques. En plus, les pads autocollants ne collent pas, j'ai du utiliser ceux d'une autre marque.

J'ai rapidement reçu ma commande, très beau, propre et solide, j'adore !
