Absolutely brilliant customer service from Darren Oomen. Speedy response, great price and Darren was able to get what I requested for my cruise.
This is the second cruise Darren has booked for me, I would highly recommend him to book your next holiday.

Amazing service from the best TA team in the business! Sending huge and special thanks to Leanne Allin who was not only available and still working at a ridiculously late time (when most sensible people were getting ready to go to bed for the night), but also took our booking with the fantastic professionalism and outstanding customer service that are the hallmarks of Jack Kay and his team at Need That Cruise!

Whilst the MSC discount offer was on we have booked our first MSC cruise through Richard Hayden.
He was excellent, and we got a brilliant deal and will definitely book again in the future.

Booked two cruises with Need that cruise, both done by Carla and Richard, both were very easy going and came with good quotes for my mediterranean cruise and the Caribbean.

Carla made my holiday booking completely hassle free. She really knew the ins and outs of the cruise and found me an unbeatable price. The whole process was smooth and easy to follow

We have booked a couple of cruises through need that cruise. Always had exceptional service. Carla is always quick to respond and has always got us an excellent price.

Thank you Martin for booking our Dubai cruise. He was helpful, friendly and most importantly saved us money compared to booking direct with MSC.

I dealt with Carla, professional and courteous at all times and kept me up to date throughout the full booking experience. The smoothest experience I've had of booking a cruise. Plain and simple, she just made it so easy!

I've now booked 4 cruises with Matt including a group cruise & a holiday with Leanne too. They cannot be beaten, go above and beyond to get the best deal and I would recommend them to everyone I know. Thanks again!

Leanne got us a great cruise deal.
