Need That Cruise Anmeldelser

I've never booked a cruise before so had lots of questions. Rich was great at putting my mind at ease, answered all my questions and so helpful. Thank you :)

Fabulous service from Lee at Need that cruise, very knowledgeable and helpful. Happy with the price as well.
Nothing was too much trouble.
Would highly recommend Lee if you are thinking of booking a cruise.
Thank you Lee.

I had my doubts, but was wrong!

I thought in this day and age that a third party provider would simply not be able to get a better deal - how wrong was I!

A friend recommended Need That Cruise to me and I gave them a try. Lee made contact with me in less than 15mins and found me a far better deal for the cruise I wanted. Found and booked in a short timeline with great customer service and at a significantly better price than I could achieve.

Just booked my third cruise with need that cruise they always get the best deals.
My go to agent is Leanne Allin nothing is to much trouble so patient helpful friendly and professional, can’t recommend enough! ❤️

Leanne has been fantastic - contacted me straight away, answered all queries quickly! Managed to sort and book without any issues and was able to beat 2 other quotes on price! Highly recommended

I’ve already recommended Leanne to our friends to book their next cruise. She was super helpful and could answer all our questions very quickly. Nothing was too much trouble. We got offered a great price for our booking. So friendly and helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone, and I will definitely book our next cruise with Leanne / Need That Cruise.

this company is the best, booked our third cruise with Leanne, she was quick very efficient and nothing was too much trouble. highly recommend.

Leanne has been wonderful today booking our 2026 cruise. I hadn’t used the company before but my daughter has. Because I don’t have Facebook Leanne spoke to me through wotsapp & answered all my questions thoroughly. She was very attentive & was able to book my seats on the plane too. I shall certainly recommend Leanne & Need That Cruise to other cruisers & if all goes well with our cruise in January shall be booking with her again. Thank you Leanne.

Made another booking with Leanne. Nothing is too much trouble and she is always on hand to answer any questions. She really is a pleasure to deal with
Highly recommended

I recently booked a cruise with the help of leanne and the experience was absolutely outstanding. From the very beginning, she was attentive, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient as I explored different cruise options. They took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and the seamless booking of the holiday.

We have made several bookings with Leanne over the past few months.
She’s always quick to reply and we’ve had excellent pricing from inside cabins to Yacht Club.
Excellent Agent.
Would recommend 😎

Booked a cruise for summer 2026.
Carla at Need that Cruise was very helpful through the booking process, good communication throughout and got us a great deal for the cruise.

A very personal touch from Leanne to meet all our requirements on our cruise holiday in New Zealand and Australia.
Looking forward to our trip

Another 5 star service by NTC for a bucket list cruise in 2028!!!! As it's the other side of the world, I had lots of questions. Martin was very patient and answered them all. He also gave me lots of info and advice which was really helpful and appreciated.
We have booked a number of cruises through NTC, both past and future and wouldn't think of booking through anybody else. They are contactable 24/7 for any issues both before, during or after your cruise and, most importantly you speak to a real person not an automated system. In my opinion, they also get you the best deals and discounts. They don't just deal with cruises they also deal with land based holidays. Just get in touch with them and find out for yourselves.

Great experience booking our 2027 cruise. Messaged to ask about a specific cruise and Catherine was on hand straight away. I was then informed that Carla would take over the booking for me and all was dealt with through messenger, even late into the evening. Great, convenient way to communicate making it easier to complete the stress free booking. I would 100% recommend booking with NTC. Thanks
