PROFESSIONAL EX MILITARY ENGINEERING Neater Heat Central Heating Services was formed in 2011 by two ex Military Royal Engineers. Our aim is to provide an honest and professional service to domestic households. Neater Heat have trained and employed over 15 ex-service leaders to combine the skills of military life with the gas industry to make the perfect engineer. Living up to our name we are well known for our neat and precise installations and our neat and tidy work manner. All Neater Heat engineers are gas safe registered, fully qualified and have a exceptional knowledge in domestic and commercial gas central heating, general plumbing and renewable energy.

Highly recommend
Highly recommend. Same day call out, came and sorted our hot water which wasn't working. Reasonably priced and don't try to push any extras on you. Third time I've used Neater Heat now.

The Neater heat engineer arrived on time, was polite and very courteous. All the traits we look for in a tradesman.
Online contact was very easy, chose our time slot and confirmation was sent straight away.

Easy online booking system
Easy online booking system. I can only assume the boiler service was done to a good standard.
Matt was lovely and explained what the issues were clearly.
He was a little late however I received an automated text and he called me to let me know and apologise himself.

Excellent service and communication - Neater Heat understand Air Source Heat Pumps and Underfloor Heating systems, many companies claim this but many lack the experience

Neater Heat were able to send someone round within just a couple of days (others quoted a week or more). Very clear upfront about costs (which were very reasonable). Young guy but thoroughly professional, diagnosed and fixed my boiler issue quickly and then instead of hurrying off sorted another couple of radiator issues in the time remaining. Would use again and recommend highly.
