One star is way more than they deserve. Be advised that their "Acrylic Keychain" is absolutely nothing like their advertisement. What it actually consists of is a cheap keychain attached to a flat piece of plastic with a very poor picture of your chosen dog stuck on it! A model dog sitting in some model angel's wings as shown in the advert, it is certainly is not! Cheap and nasty tat, and a scam. Stay away from them.

Ordered three pairs of knit socks that were poorly made. Return address was from some guy out in California, but these items were shipped directly from China. After reading reviews about this company, it's probably not worth the effort trying to return them. Would give this company zero stars if I could.

I’m giving a one bc I can’t give a zero. Their customer service is awful. I have been trying to return something for over two weeks now bc I don’t like a product and they are asking for evidence. This clearly shows they don’t take the time to read emails. Instead of just providing me with the return address they have sent three emails counter offfering to get me to keep it. They are absolutely disgusting

Received the key chain today . Totally not as described .
And also , it showed Canadian price but was charged in US dollars thus the price was considerably more . Do not buy from this site . You will be extremely disappointed and feel violated .

If I could give no stars I would. As with previous reviews the item (a keyring)was nothing like it appeared on the website. On the website I looked like a 3d resin model about the size of your palm. What arrived was a small piece of flat plastic with a blurred photograph...I paid nearly £19 for this rubbish..they are being sold on esty and ebay for £2.50..if they are the same even £2.50 is too much to pay. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE

I made the schoolboy error of checking the reviews after I had ordered. What a scam £20+ for a bit of plastic with a picture of what I thought I was getting. Do not fall for this blatant scam. The only saving grace I hope is that I paid by credit card and hopefully can get my money back.

Total garbage!!! I bought what I thought was a 3d pendant of my deceased dog.....it was a cheap piece of plastic with a sticker on it....totally despicable playing on the emotions of grieving owners of pets!!! Just more ruthless Chinese capitalisation of purchasers!! Give this site a wide birth!!!

1 of the items was supposed to be a pair of stained glass birds, but was just an image of stained glass printed on some flimsy metal

Was also impossibile to contact, just received a message that my email would be forwarded to someone and never received a response.

Utter Garbage. The pictures on their website are very deceiving. Not even close to what you will be receiving. I thought I was getting a group of small stained-glass birds on a perch. Turned out to be a cheap stamped metal plate with some cheap looking print on it. For $35.00 I thought it was going to be nice.

Never received the product. A little research first would have raised red flags about China as the country of origin and fraud as the end game.

Do not order from this store! They advertise products that look great but when you receive it, it is cheap garbage! They deceive you with fake images that look great. I ordered a key chain that looked awesome online, and paid almost $50 with shipping. Well what I received isn't worth $2! It is so bad I honestly threw it in the trash. I'm so dissapointed. This store should be shut down, they are scam artists getting away with deceiving customers.

Don't waste your hard earned money here!!!! I recently purchased a "Chihuahua Pendent" that online looks like a dog statuette within angel wings, when in reality it's an image on cheap cardboard!!! In addition it took my "hasn't shipped/ haven't received" email before they acknowledged my complaint! (How many people forgot and or said "screw it"? Which is what I bet eberd hopes for) $26usd for piece of CRAP!, Should have read reviews first, and that's on me, "fool me once". Again DO NOT purchase ANYTHING from this company, Typical chinese company....

Avoid at all costs no one responds to emails, item was untraceable through the tracking site, and hasn't been delivered even though i had email to state it had been delivered.

I order blankets for gifts and the people didn't care for the texture and looks of the blankets.
So, I want to return them and Nberd will not respond back. I send them a message through there website, but no respond back. Order #NB39047.
I would call Nberd a scam and recommend no one to order from them.

Had heard that this was a scam site so I was anxious and cancelled order. They immediately refunded me the full purchase price. I believe they are not a scam site and will probably order from them again.
