Liam Davies came to check on our mouse infestation he was very polite and thorough in his checking.

Craig Ellis arrived via our insurance company to sort out our mice problem in the loft. Very professional and knowledgeable, returned two further times to make sure the problem was solved. Advised us what we need to do to avoid the problem again.

We had Dorian arrive here at Merthyr Tydfil and what a delight both company and efficiency-wise.

Would definitely recommend and if you do get Dorian then you know you're in the best hands possible!

Reached out to NBC through my Insurance cover. Phil was assigned to the job and right from the first visit to understanding our problem to guiding us and educating us along the way solved the mice / rodent issue in our property. He was very professional calmed our nerves and assured us by providing us solutions that got rid of the rodents in a week. I would like to thank NBC and Phil for helping me in a timely manner.

NBC Environment were subcontracted via my insurance company to resolve a recent rodent infestation in my house. I was given Friday December 16th between 8am and 5pm as my appointment. At 4pm, having waited in all day, I called them. The Customer Services person said I should have been contacted to say that the technician was having problems with his van and wouldn't be able to keep the appointment. She apologised and said someone would contact me to rearrange the appointment asap. 30 minutes later, having heard nothing, I called back. Different customer services person this time who fobbed me off with a fairy tale about me now being a priority customer, that the issue had been escalated to the team leader who unfortunately was on holiday - why escalate an issue to someone who is on holiday??? - and could not contact me until Monday. Also said this did not mean there would be an appointment Monday. Kept cutting me off when I asked questions - especially about whether the job could be done in time for my grandchildren, son & daughter-in-law to stay over Christmas. Gave the impression she couldn't wait to get rid of me.

Not sure where to start but if you do have a rodent infestation do not contact this company they are truly awful. Their pest controllers spend 2 mins at the property putting down poison without even considering the most ideal location or doing any real investigative work- after two visits I still had a problem. I have also contacted their customer service team to make them aware but of course not bothered at all as they work with insurance companies and do the minimum level of work for the most money as that is their business. In addition to demonstrate their poor level of services I was contacted 3 weeks after a visit by a pest controller to make me aware they were arriving at my property but I wasn’t even made aware of the appointment. If you want a good quality job done do not use this company.

Neil drove from Aberdeen to my holiday property in Nairn (on a very cold day) and telephoned me in the morning to arrange a time for the visit. He turned up on time and, according to my housekeeper, was very thorough and pleasant. Hopefully, he has resolved the problem and he is due to revisit again after Christmas to check. Neil rang me after his visit to update me. What a pleasure it is to be able to write a good review about a nationwide company like NBC Environment. Customer-friendly and reliable.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Kerry came to see us today and it was very nice dealing with someone who was not only pleasant but knowledgeable.

I found a huge wasp nest in my loft whilst trying to resolve a roof leak. Dorian Davies attended and dealt with the issue in a very reassuring, competent and calm manner. He arrived on time, was respectful of my home and explained everything to me. Very impressed and would not hesitate to make them my first port of call in the future.

Had an issue with wasps nesting in our loft. Commenced a claim through our insurance (Home Emergency Assist) which took almost 2 weeks before anything was done! As soon as NBC were notified they (believe it was Lauren) rang and when the urgency was explained a visit was arranged for the following-but-one, day and, not being available in the afternoon due to hospital appointment, it was stressed that only a morning visit would be acceptable. Just after 07.30 this morning Lee phoned to advise he would be arriving within half an hour. He located the nest and dealt with it promptly. He was polite, friendly and very efficient. A great response from NBC, would certainly recommend them.
