Sent wrong product, and ignoring us when asking for help or refund, wowcher being useless

Brought a laptop through Wowcher. Item arrived broken. Requested return/refund, sent back in recorded delivery, they received on 11th December it is now 19th December. No acknowledgment or refund. Have sent emails daily and no response.

I ordered via Wowcher, the item was faulty, the company is not replying to any emails.
Been trying to get a refund for 3 weeks, the item has been sent back signed postage so they defo have the laptop back.
I have video proof of the faulty item & the fact it wasn’t stated on the item description on Wowcher.

My payments are via clearpay who want their money for an item I do not have nor are getting refunded for.

Wowcher are not being helpful either, been trying for a week for them to help and they just keep saying send an email and stating to wait 72 hours… we are currently on the 2nd rounds of emails of waiting 72hrs..

Working with the Nazaweb team has been quite amazing. After parting ways with our previous dev who could not see our vision, I found Naz through an Instagram post and the rest was history. One phone call and I knew Naz would be the guy to help bring prospective where it should be. Naz’s attention to detail, team management skills and creative design are spectacular. Managing a remote team is not easy but working with Nazaweb has made that process quite easy. With over 12 weeks of development the team did not miss a beat. The Journey has been amazing.
