I am highly satisfied with the outcomes achieved thus far. While I initially held some reservations, my weight has successfully decreased from 254 lbs to 214 lbs through increased physical activity and a reduction in carbohydrate and processed food intake; primarily, however, this success is attributed to my commitment to the Navio process. Although I considered discontinuing the program early on, maintaining consistency and gradually adjusting my dosage allowed me to reach my current weight. My long-term objective is to achieve a weight of 180 lbs, and I am confident that I will reach this milestone in the near future.

After being with another provider and dismal results I seen several positives with Navio. The initial process went smoothly signing up and interview. I like the quick response to questions and the fact their compounding comes from a highly reputable lab in Florida. I’ll come back and post any updates..
08/05/26 Received my meds promptly and they were still on ice. This is going very well so far.

So far no issues. I was able to speak to a provider and got me my medication in a timely manner. I can’t wait to see how much weight I lose.

I switched from Medvi to Navio MD because I was seeing no results after 4 months. Navio made the transition seamless, and the Dr was so kind and took the time to explain the process and answer my questions. I get the same helpful and kind experience when I have to put in a refill. I just finished my second month with them (Navio) and lost almost 15 lbs. The weight loss has helped motivate me to take my physical activity more serious too, so I'm excited to continue making progress. Overall, I appreciate the ease of the platform and the kindness of the physicians. Thank you!

I really appreciated speaking with a provider. I was scared to start a new medication and had so many questions but once I spoke with the provider, I felt relieved to know there was a real human reviewing my care and could guide me. My medication came in 2-days and everything has been good so far!

I’d rather not give my opinion yet on the medication but as far as the service I’m not pleased with at all I will not tolerate being lied to nit just by customer service but as well by a supervisor at the pharmacy hub what I wanna know is where was the PHARMACIST when this matter was taking place ? From know on clients money shouldn’t be taken until the medication has gone through shipping !! This company seems to have ALOT of learning to do !!

It’s been 5 days and it hasn’t even been processed nor shipped yet and I inquired several times but no answer at all. I just want a refund now.

The provider assigned was very personable and informative. She answered all of my questions and helped me find a plan to meet my needs. I am very pleased with the care and experience!
