My experience with Dr Jallali and his team couldn’t have gone any better ! From the first consultation to the result, the whole process exceeded any expectations I had.

I had Gynaecomastia surgery in October 2021. I knew of Mr Jallali’s reputation through relatives and reading reviews online. I decided to have a consultation with him and knew immediately from his diagnosis, knowledge and experience that he would be the best surgeon to perform this procedure. Minimal scarring was a major factor if I was to go ahead and when Mr Jallali reassured me that one of his specialties was his precision, I was convinced he was the surgeon to go with.

On the day of surgery Mr Jallali talked me through everything that was going to happen and explained to me his desired outcomes. After the operation I had little pain in the following weeks, and the recovery was easier than I had anticipated.

Fast forward to a year later the result has been very successful and I couldn’t be happier. My scarring is very minimal and is barely visible. My confidence has grown massively and I’m no longer self conscious in the gym, on the beach or when I wear light coloured t-shirts.

This was something that had affected me since I was 12 years old (I’m now 23) and I am thrilled that I can finally move on from this stage in my life.

From start to finish (im currently around 3 months post op) I have felt in excellence hands with Navid Jallali. After extensive research looking for the best surgeon i could find, I came across him and you can just tell he is a cut above the rest (if thats the phrase). I had a tummy tuck with lipo to my front and back and i'm over the moon with the results. Mr Jallali and his amazing assistant Charlotte have kept me reassured every step of the way ! I had a breast enlargement surgery 5 months ago now. Unlike many going for this type of surgery I did it to improve the appearance of stretch marks on my breasts. I am really pleased with the results and have zero regrets whatsoever! Mr Jallali was very good and honest about managing my expectations re the surgery, the stretchmarks have by no means disappeared but have improved (by 40% I’d say) and my new breasts look natural and the scaring so small and they really feel part of me. Charlotte (Mr Jallali’s PA) was always present for questions and I couldn’t have wished for a better team on the day at the Private Clinic, Fitzroy surgery. Overall, a very happy and successful procedure.

Since having weight loss surgery a number of years ago, I had been left with a considerable amount of loose skin around my abdomen. For a number of years I was just accepting of this and lived my stay-at-home Mum life mostly in comfortable clothes. Then came the time when I wanted to return to work. A job I love which requires public speaking before an audience. When it came to buying new clothes I never really wanted High-End Fashion just to be able to shop in M&S or Next and to buy clothes that didn't hide my flabby middle. This lead me to research plastic surgery skin removal.
From start to finish Mr Jallali has been amazing, from my initial consultation when the advice was for the correct surgery to suit my needs and not just something that I had read about on the internet, he explains everything with honesty and a kind bedside manner. His approach to his patients is exemplary. From flexibility when booking appointments with his lovely personable PA to the hospital staff that look after you, his whole team are amazing. I was particularly grateful for the follow up treatment as I had some fluid retention post-op, very common, so to know that I was able to reach out to Mr Jallali and his team was very reassuring.
I am nearly one year post op and if I had any regrets it would be why didn't I have the surgery sooner! My whole life has changed just in the way I move, the way I stand and the way I hold myself. The removal of my loose skin has had a profound affect on my self confidence and now I just need to reign in buying the fabulous new clothes to show off my new shape!

Dr Jallali was amazing and super friendly. He suggested the size of my implants as I wasn't too sure about what size to get but they are so perfect now and I couldn't be happier.

From the first consultation to all the aftercare appointments I have been extremely impressed with my surgeon. Everything explained clearly, and any concerns I had were quickly dealt with by the surgeon or his friendly PA. I had a tummy tuck and liposuction to my flanks and the care given at the hospital was wonderful. The procedure went well and recovery wasn't too painful (more pain from the liposuction bruising) I would highly recommend this surgery as I now have my shape back and would most definitely recommend my surgeon.

I had a tummy tuck , liposuction and hernia removal and I am very very happy with the results my body shape is better than it has ever been and my stomach is flatter than before I had children !!!

I had a breast augmentation. It’s been something I have wanted for years but for some reason just got scared and never went through with it.

I had a great experience with my Breast Augmentation. Dr Navid Jallali was very professional and reassured me about the procedure and what to expect. My surgery date was on the 10th of August and my recovery was extremely smooth. I was also supported by Dr Jallali’s PA, Charlotte, who made sure that I was well during my recovery period. Overall, my BA experience was fantastic and I couldn’t be more happier with the results.

Navid Jallali was fantastic. During my consultation he really listened to what I wanted, told me what would be possible with him as my surgeon and was very positive in general. Having had consultations with other surgeons first Navid Jallali was the kindest and really tried to understand what I wanted, including looking at images of what I wanted and explaining the differences between each image and what was possible, which with previous surgeons had not happened and showing images had not been accepted or responded too well. During the consultations leading up to the surgery I felt very confident that he was the right surgeon for me and I felt reassured about the surgery and how everything would work. On the day of the surgery the hospital was lovely in the morning and Navid Jallali came to see me before the operation to go through it with me one last time. After the surgery the healing time felt very long as the cast was on for two weeks but healing was easy and I had been given a list of post op instructions which I made sure to follow. Getting the cast removed went well and was a relief to finally have it off and although my nose looked slightly weird due to the cast I was already quite happy with what I saw. Navid Jallali was very enthusiastic and impressed with the work he’d done on my nose which I’m turn made me feel even better about it. It has now been four months and every check up I leave feeling more confident with my nose and happy with how the process went and confident in my decision to have Navid Jallali as my surgeon. Overall he was absolutely lovely, he answered every strange question I asked without and judgement, he made me feel understood and confident, and he created a wonderful environment that really made the whole process much easier. I would 100% recommend him and should I have any other elective surgeries I would be sure to go back to him.

My face looks great and without the stiffness I was so anxiously dreading. My forehead in particular looks much more smooth and the fine-lines have disappeared completely. Given Dr. Jallali’s pinpoint accuracy and expert foresight, I’ve managed to retain a comfortable level of movement in my face; allowing for a more natural and relatively normal appearance. The sort of results I was desperately hoping to achieve from a non-surgical procedure such as this.

Dr. Jallali justifiably and very professionally redirected my focus towards Botox, after I’d initially lobbied for filler. He has addressed the scowl and I now appear less aggressive, and more friendly across the upper-third of my face. I look forward to sustaining my results and preserving a renewed level of confidence.

Finally, Dr. Jallali is beyond exemplary. He was reassuring, extremely informative and very careful during the course of treatment.

I’ve had a rollercoaster of a ride from surgery I had elsewhere. Dr Navid Jallali has managed to create a miracle for me and rectify the surgery and improve absolutely everything for me. I Wish I Had Done It Sooner

This summer I had planned to travel to my home country but circumstances led to my flight being cancelled.This frustrated me but eventually, the thought that I may take advantage of this sudden abundance of free time quickly made itself known. I decided to do a nose job.
I chose Dr Jallali because my sister had previously done a cosmetic surgery under his care and the results were immaculate so I contacted miss Charlotte his PA and booked an appointment. During the both consultations, Dr Jallali was very clear about the risks of the surgery but I decided to confront my fears and do it anyways because I trusted him so much.
On 3rd August, I had my open septorhinoplasty and a cartilage graft ,my recovery went as well as it could have. I felt no pain - the worst was a dry mouth. I was worried about breathing and smelling complications but, after just 16 hours when the nurse removed my packing I could breathe just fine.
I am incredibly grateful to Dr Jallali as he was so professional and genius .He reassured me that my nose would suit my face and it does. I didn’t have my specific requirements or measurements, just a wish for a better suited nose.And he provided. I honestly wish I had done it sooner.
To those uncertain about this do it. You are in very safe hands.
My final thanks goes to Charlotte and the nurses in Welbeck hospital who made my stay as comfortable as possible. Charlotte, who answered my worried calls, and was very clear, compassionate and caring.
I will definitely come back for more surgeries with Dr Jallali.

Dr. Jallali performed a vertical mastopexy in mid April 2022. I have held off giving my review as I feel i needed time to heal to see my final results. Whilst I am aware it can take a year, I am already so happy with the results. Symmetry is taking place and I have already been able to go bra-less with confidence. This is something I would NEVER have done before. I likened him to Michaelangelo when talking to Charlotte (who, incidentally is so warm and reassuring throughout the whole process). My experience has been very positive. I underestimated the recovery time, but everyone is different. I would recommend Dr Jallali again and again.
