I brought a few bracelets, ring and ankle bracelet. They came in a nice packaging and im well happy with my pieces.

I have ordered from this jewelry store twice and I have no complaints. The items arrived in a normal timeframe and were packed well. I’ve worn the pieces for about a year and they have held up nicely with no tarnishing. They still look new. I am impressed and will definitely order again.

Awful company. Bought a personalised name necklace - product did not come in the delivery time given and only arrived after I emailed the company.

The product was nice on arrival but after having it for 4 weeks and only taking it off 3 times the clasp broke. When I contacted the company I was told that “replacements can only be provided if the issue is reported within 5 days of receiving the order. Unfortunately, if the item is reported beyond this period, we’re unable to offer a replacement”.

Despite me saying that this policy does not comply the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the company then chose to not reply to any emails from then on.

Please ignore this scam company.

Beware Scammers take your money never sent items sent numerous emails no response

Placed two orders with this company. I have received the second order, earrings and a bracelet that took a month to arrive. The bracelet has broken and one of the earrings has come lose from the clasp. Still waiting for my first order so have requested a refund. Not heard anything from them at all.

One of the worst online shopping experiences I've ever had! I placed an order at a cost of £30 plus postage, for three necklaces and a hinged bangle on a buy 2 get 2 free offer. Id been looking for a while for some decent gold plated jewellery and the items I purchased looked lovely and good quality on the website. I then had to wait for nearly a month, not the 5-6 business days quoted, for the order to be delivered. When it finally arrived, I was both disappointed and angry at what I received. The pieces look like cheap "tat" and the hinge mechanism on the bracelet is so stiff, I can't open it! I've had much better quality jewellery and paid about a tenth of the price for it from sites like Temu and Shein. Never again will I fall for the hype of sites like this.

I am writing this review in a final attempt to get a resolution and to urgently warn other potential customers. Purchasing from Nevaeh Jewelry has been one of the worst online shopping experiences of my life.

I placed an order on August 5, 2025, and today is October 22, 2025, and I have not received my order.

The timeline of their failure is as follows:

August 5, 2025: Order placed and payment confirmed.

Mid-September: After no shipping confirmation, I sent my first polite inquiry. No response.

Early October: Sent a second, more urgent email. Again, completely ignored.

Late October: Have now sent multiple messages through every channel available on their website. Total radio silence.

This is not just a simple shipping delay; this is a complete breakdown of basic business ethics. There is no way to contact them, no one to provide an update, and absolutely no accountability. They have taken my money and provided nothing in return except for stress and frustration.

Based on this experience, I can only conclude that Nevaeh Jewelry is either an utterly incompetent company or an outright scam.

A warning to future buyers:

No Customer Service: Their contact form and email are a black hole. They do not respond.

No Order Fulfilment: They appear to take orders and payments without any intention of shipping products.

Zero Accountability: There is no phone number, no live chat, and no way to speak to a human being.

I am now left with no choice but to initiate a formal chargeback with my bank and file complaints with consumer protection authorities in Hong Kong (where they are based) and my own country.

DO NOT RISK YOUR MONEY. Save yourself the immense hassle and shop with a reputable, established jeweller. This company is fraudulent, and I deeply regret not checking reviews more thoroughly before my purchase. I hope this review serves as the glaring red flag I wish I had seen.

I received the wrong ring size, but the company refused to fix their own mistake or cover return costs. The “Buy 2 Get 1 Free” offer felt like an excuse to send a faulty item. Unprofessional, unhelpful, and not worth the hassle. Avoid.

The bracelets I have are fine but the two rings I purchased have both lost stones within weeks of wearing them. Woukd not recommend any if their jewellery containing stones

ordered leisure joggers and matching jacket.
the joggers were too small so i returned them and ordered a larger size and also a mystery gift for £7
i received an email 17/2/2025 saying they had received my return and would process a refund. despite emailing them i still haven’t received my refund (today is 11/3/25) they have me to be patient!!!!
i received a necklace for my mystery gift which is absolutely very poor quality, a funny gold colour and very cheap looking.
in short please don’t give this website any business or money

Today I received my second order. 2 necklaces and one mystery gift for £7.
Both necklaces were too short and more like tight chokers. The mystery gift was another necklace which is turning black and obviously used. I have wasted over £40, which I can ill afford to do being a pensioner. I am a very honest person and what I have received from this company is shameful. I did email them but the reply was very curt and just told me to go to their page. On the premise of this I will never buy from this company again....
