We had been badly let down by a water softener company. But luckily found Nature’s water three years ago.
When they service it is done to perfection. Yesterday we had salt delivered, the service and a new set of taps which were fitted free. All at a reasonable price.
The service engineer did a brilliant job. We highly recommend Natures water and their engineeres.

From the first day that I made contact with Damien to the final day that Olegs came to fit our filtration system, uv light and Reverse osmosis system I couldn’t have had a better experience.
Natures water Ltd are true professionals. Damien advised what I would need based on my water analysis results and was readily available on the phone to discuss any queries. He quoted me for exactly what I needed. When Olegs came to install everything he was more than helpful, extremely tidy and neat work. He went through the working of the system with us and made sure we understood everything. I would 100% recommend natures water to anyone.

Olegs was very professional, fast and detailed in explaining things to me. I would highly recommend.

We had an excellent experience with Olegs from Nature’s Water. He came to install our water softener and RO system, and the entire process was handled with great professionalism and care.

Olegs was punctual, knowledgeable, and clearly experienced in his work. He explained everything in a simple and clear way, making sure we understood how the system works and how to maintain it. The installation was done neatly and efficiently, with attention to detail and no mess left behind.

What really stood out was his friendly attitude and willingness to answer all our questions without rushing. It’s rare to see this level of dedication and workmanship.

Highly recommended — a well-deserved 5 out of 5!

Very helpful even though they didn't have to be as I wasn't a customer before contacting them about the issue I was having and that goes a long way with me and I will be giving them my business from now on.

We had our system installed 3 years ago and we are one of the happiest customers. Excellent service and customer support as well as easy to access. Thank you

Highly recommend Natures water. Service top class. I moved houses and everything was dealt with very quickly. Top products provided.

Great service ,staffs are very approachable 👌

Good service

We had our water filter system installed over 10 years ago - it's fantastic and we're very pleased with the way it filters, cleans, and softens our water. It has also removed the hard water from our system, so it runs clean - huge difference. Natures Water - great Customer Service, and the annual Service of the system is done professionally. We're happy with all aspects - thank you!

Excellent service received from Nature’s Water. Quick, clean, compact unit, friendly, so helpful with queries and even went to shop for extension lead. Also delivered salt to different address as I’ve no storage. 😀

Alex arrived on time and carried out the service as described. He even took the time to clean out the salt dispenser which has never been cleaned since the system was installed about 14 years ago. Thank you we are delighted with the service.

So far so good, water softener is excellent and customer service has been very responsive to any questions i have.

Very reliable service, good prices, would recommend to anyone. Happy customer for the last 8 years

I highly recommend Natures Water. Customer service was excellent. The staff were helpful and friendly. The boiling water and filter tap is excellent and easy to use. The Engineer who fitted the system was very professional. Thank you all at Natures Water for great service and products.

Nowadays, when plastic has taken over the world and the price of bottled water is crazy, what could be better than a filter at home??? Permanent access to drinking water. I am extremely happy that after moving to Dundalk, I found a company with excellent service and affordable prices, who were able to help me quickly ,and I no longer have to carry bottles of water from the store. I was very surprised by the service not only of the office but also of the engineer who did everything very professionally and quickly. Thank you very much, I recommended it to everyone.

This company has gone above and beyond when it comes to customer satisfaction. I had a small issue with the system and they were so helpful and sent out an engineer to check it out. He had the system working perfectly in 10 mins. They were brilliant.
