My order from DPD didn’t arrive after 2 attempts, “attempts”? They returned 🤣 my order, it’s on it way back to Nature grub, shocking, Certainly not Natures Grub fault, they resent my order with a different courier, I received within 2 days……customer service faultless, the lady who I spoke to on the phone was lovely, thankyou Team Grub xx

Thank you so much for the lovely review!
Only the best for my hens
I think we've got almost the entire Natures Grub chicken range. My rescue girls are thriving on it & the resident girls are plumb with shiny feathers. The new flock will catch up in no time. Products are very competitively priced & made in Britain.

Svar fra Natures Grub
Hi,
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and I am genuinely sorry for the frustration and inconvenience caused by your delivery arriving later than expected.
This is not the experience we want for our customers and I am particularly sorry to hear that this has happened more than once. Your feedback is important and will be shared with the relevant team so we can review what went wrong and work to prevent this happening again.
Huge apologies again and please feel free to get in touch with us with any further concerns.
Laura

I have still not heard back from them
I have still not heard back from them. I never received my order and they have ignored all my emails. Basically stolen money from me!

Lovely products!
My chickens love their seeds and I like to give the Gastro Grit to help with their calcium intake and other nutritional bonuses.

Delivery was excellent- very prompt and kept informed of the progress.
Unfortunately neither of my 3 cats like the salmon oil and hiding it in their food makes no difference, whereas my mums cats like it! Would be interested if this product was made in capsules.
