Hi Joie, we're sorry you have had a frustrating experience with the delay in shipping.
Thank you for contacting us about your package not arriving timely. As we shared, we processed your order and mailed out the parcel within 24 hours. We completely understand your frustration with the US post office. When USPS tracking indicates "Your package will arrive later than expected, but is still on its way. It is currently in transit to the next facility", We have absolutely no control over this and are equally frustrated with them.
You can check the tracking here:
https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction.action?tLabels=9400136205309027543308
Follow up: We are happy to see your package finally arrived. Again, we apologize for your negative experience. However, we want you to be happy and will send you a $10 store credit to your email.
Always fast easy service
Always fast easy service. The gummies have helped me so much with my sleep and sore joints. And the cream is also great for my joints. So glad we talked to you at the Coquina Beach Market.

Nature’s Gem has top shelf products that have brought me much relief. Delivery is quick and cost is not an issue, in my opinion. I tell anyone who will listen to get their CBD balms and gummies from Nature’s Gem.

This was a gift for my mother in law. She said the gummies really helped with sleep after a stressful day and the topical helped her tennis elbow. I love Natures Gem and will gift it again. Great customer service

Best CBD Longboat Key
Lisa is knowledgeable, compassionate and eager to help people find ways to increase their overall wellness. I think Natures Gem is the only CBD store on Longboat Key, but even if there are others I'm confident saying this one is the best.
