I initially purchased the Lipsosomal Vitamin C to help my adrenal fatigue and was amazed at the difference. I have since purchased the Magnesium, Zinc and B12 and am thrilled that I can tolerate them. These are key recommended nutrients for adrenal fatigue and I've not been able to tolerate other brands. All products are very high quality, without fillers and my health is improving. I'm now regularly subscribed (thank you Gavin).

I had a couple of questions and received prompt and helpful replies so customer service is great. The product is 100% pure and the capsules are plant based, which is what attracted me to the site. The Magnesium Glycinate provides 240mg of elemental magnesium and I top up the dose with 75mg of Magnesium L-Threonate to give me just under the RDA of 320mg. It can take several weeks for magnesium supplements to work so I am unable to comment on the effectiveness at this stage but I feel confident.

I love the Nature Provides Magnesium Glycinate (Magnesium Bisglycinate). The potency is great; a strong enough amount to do some good in my female body. I’ve noticed great health improvements since taking the supplement, including sleep, mental agility, organ and hormonal health. I wish they did bottles with larger quantities as I go through them fast, and it’s frustrating to have to remember to order them constantly, as both myself and my husband take them. That or increase the potency per capsule and I could take less capsules to achieve my dose goal, and then they’d last longer. But great quality product and fast efficient delivery.
