DISGUSTED!!! Someone placed an order in the amount(s) of $239.99 & $59.99 on my credit card..... I received an email confirmation from these folks on 10/08/26 at 9:18AM.... I (within 18 MINUTES) emailed theses folks stating I did NOT order this stuff and I want to CANCEL this order IMMEDIATELY!!! I called the company the next morning and they claim I responded to them at 3:00AM the following morning. I have my emails to confirm the correct times... they stated "once an order is placed, it can not be canceled". They then tried to bribe be with 30% off the original.... followed by 50%..... I said "what don't you understand?" They then told me shipped 3-5 business days... followed by return items another 3-5 business days... followed by 3-5 days for refund...... HORRIBLE way to do business!!! Grade: F and if I could 0 Stars!!!

DO NOT BUY!! I ordered three bottles for $49.99. I was billed $59.99 and then immediately billed $239.99 and sentv10 bottles. It is not clear on their website that they will do this. Addititionally, it is difficult to contact them. I'm still trying. Credit card company not much use.

I ordered 3 bottles with 3 free bottles for a total price of $59.99. Iwas told it would ship FedEx and be received in 2-3 days. That did not happen. Package received via USPS 6 days later. In it was also face cream which was NOT ordered AND I was charged an additional $239.99!!! Had difficult time trying to contact them for refund. Still trying!!!
DON'T GET SUCKED IN!!! IT'S A SCAM!!

Don’t waste your money!!!!!!!!!! 2 weeks so far and not any noticeable change to my moles and skin tags.
Dermatologist is your best bet.

Horrible product, does not do a thing, might as well apply water to your skin tags.
They are a fraud.

They sent me 6 bottles. I didn't want 6 bottles so I returned all 6. First, it took them a month to determine that they had received them. Then they claimed their system couldn't refund to my card and they would send an E-check by email and it would take 7 to 10 business days to process. After 10 days, nothing, so I contacted them again. They said they would escalate the issue for investigation and resolution and this would take 3 to 5 business days. It's now been 5 days and again, nothing. They received my return over 2 months ago and all I get is canned responses.

Update:
They never refunded me, but my bank revoked it. So this is still a terrible fraudulent company.
I would give it a 5 minus. This is the worst experience I ever made with any company.
First I misunderstood their offer. They said, buy 2 and get 2 free, for 47 $ , but fact was I had to pay for all 4 so I canceled immediately.
They would not accept my cancellation and offered me instead half the price back, but I mistrusted them already so I declined. Asked please cancel my order!
Nothing happened except the amount for 4 bottles was charged on my bank account.
Long story short….the product arrived and I asked for a return label and refund. No return label was offered and I was supposed to pay for the return shipping. I refused the package but put a RMA number on it.
Their answer was, I could not get a refund since i refused the package, instead they offered me again get 95 $ back. But I want the whole amount back.
