Excellent! I live in a very rural area of Ontario, and when my freezer selections were still frozen after over 24 hour and not in a massive lump. 10/10 would absolutely recommend. They have amazing pantry selections as well.

I’ve been a long time customer at Natura Market since 2019! Amazing customer service, fast delivery and incredible selection of products! I love it so much!!! Highly recommend! My most recent order was returned to the merchant because it was damaged, and Natura market immediately refunded me with no questions asked. Chris was super helpful to deal with and I’m very happy with the outcome. I will continue to order all my snacks & essentials from them!

Great resolution of an issue!! Chris was great to reach out to me right away when I emailed my concerns about receiving damaged items in my order. Offering to refund what was damaged; that was fantastic and he was very responsive. Will definitely continue to shop with Natura Market.

As a first-time customer, I worried about my order when a heat wave was predicted on the est. delivery date. My order included chocolate. Certainly I had a responsibility to be at home when the package arrived, as I was, but I was impressed by the packaging (including a cooling pack) and prompt delivery. All items were fine.

I fell in love with a product that I couldn’t get in my home province. The naturamarket team was able to get the product to me in NS still frozen! I am so impressed

Ordered from them a few times. This most recent order was a complete shit show. They lost my order, or Intelcom did. For 6 days passion days after the intended delivery date. Had no clue if or when I would get it. NaturaMarket didn’t try to make it right at all. Only offered a $10 coupon for $90 order. I finally got my order a week later. Box was busted open. Luckily one piece of packing tape was left to hold it together at the top. Told them I wouldn’t be coming back as a repeat customer. I sound another Canadian company now who offers the same products.

Wonderful and efficient customer service. I received a response to my concern within an hour, which was after business hours 7:30pm EST. I was expecting to wait a couple days, which seems reasonable. I received a solution immediately. I will say this is my first time having to reach out to customer service since using Natura Market over the last 6 plus years. I love this company, the products, pricing, convenience and fast shipping. Now I also love their customer service.

Natura Market has been FABULOUS with their kind and caring customer service. When I had a problem with delivery - totally out of their control - they were right on top of it and helped me completely. THANK YOU Natura Market!!

Paid for express shipping, my order sat for 4 days at Toronto airport. Then sat for a day at Calgary airport before being delivered at 9 pm the next day.

3 items arrived spoiled after a week of sitting at airports.

This was my first order. Items were shipped promptly and packaged very well. I was impressed that loaves of bread were placed in individual cardboard boxes and that a glass jar was wrapped in about 8 layers of packing paper. Second order arriving today so we'll see if great packaging continues.

Unfortunately, the product I received was rancid, despite being well within the best before date. Because I didn't try it & complain within 14 days I am out of luck - and a good amount of money. (I purchased 5 bags to work within the free shipping amount.) Since their prices on other things are higher than at Farm Boy, we won't be ordering from Natura in future, sadly.

I’ve placed at least 50 orders with this company over the past few years. On 2 occasions, I had an issue with the order, and emailed their customer service. Neither times was I afforded a response of any kind. They literally ignore emails. I am looking elsewhere to get the products I’ve been purchasing through this company and will be avoiding them going forward. Customer Service is non existent!

I placed an order on Nov 16th, 2024 for $89.92 with Natura Market and never received my package. The company sends you an email when your order is confirmed, has shipped, and when is been delivered. I placed my order on Nov 16th and I received a confirmation that it shipped on the 18th. It usually doesn't take longer a week to recieve my orders. When the two week mark came and I still hadn't seen my package nor did I recieve a confirmation email that my order arrived, I sent them an email to inquire about my package's whereabouts. This was on Dec 2. I didn't hear back from them right away as it was the weekend. I received an email back that Monday that my package had been delivered. I told them I hadn't recieved it. They sent me a digital copy of the invoice of the address and the photo the courier took upon delivery. The address was incorrect and photo looked like it was taken in the lobby of an apartment complex. My package was sitting against wall and not even in front of a door, just left in the open where anyone could take it. When I told them this they said they'd get ahold of the courier to see if they could retrieve the package and deliver it to the right address. Over a week went by and they didn't get back to me nor did I recieve my package in that time, so I emailed them again for an update. They said they were in communications with the courier about this and would get back to me. Another week went by with no update, so I emailed them once again and expressed my frustration with the situation and asked for a refund. They emailed me back to say they are checking with the courier if they can retrieve the order or if they could open a claim for it so they can either request to reship an order to me or file a refund. I told them I'd rather have the refund at this point because it's the holidays and I'm going to be traveling and will not be available to recieve a new order.

It's currently February 12th, 2025 and I still haven't recieved a refund nor an update. This has been the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I've been shopping with Natura Market for years and have spent thousands of dollars with them... I won't spend one penny more!

UPDATE:

Not TWO HOURS after I made this review did the company contact me to inform me they will be issuing me a refund. They also demanded I remove my review.

Up until now they've been purposefully vague in every correspondence and told me repeatedly they had to wait to hear back from the courier before they could issue a refund. This kind of immediate response —only AFTER I left a negative review— tells me they were always able to refund me my money from the very beginning and have just been giving me the runaround in hopes I'd just chop it up to a loss and move on.

It's one thing to ask if a person could edit their review to reflect that a company has contacted you and has worked to rectify the situation; it's a whole other thing to passive-aggressively tell someone "We managed to see your review to us and we really appreciate it if you could kindly delete it already" — to which I kindly decline. I will not be deleting my review as transparency and accountability are important values to me.

Grateful for websites like Trustpilot, where companies can’t just delete, offer incentives or pay to hide unfavorable reviews. Prospective customers have the right to know these things before giving their hard earned money to a company. Had they handled their error more professionally and humbly, I would have given them more grace and likely continued to give them my buisness.

I absolutely love NaturaMarket. Always lots of healthy choices and at reasonable prices.

I love the variety of products. I order on a regular basis as I have a few favourite brands that I enjoy which cannot be bought in any store near to me. The minimum for free shipping is reasonable as well and quick, a bonus. I recommend this online store. Take a look and view what is available and you will shop their too.

I've been dealing with Natura Market for about 6 years. I've moved from Southern Ontario to Northern Ontario and have still gotten the same service. The products they sell are high quality, reasonably priced and relevant in today's world. I had a small issue with something in my most recent order, Jan 31, 2025, and the customer service was just as professional and service oriented as their supply chain is. Great Job Christine!

This company absolutely sucks! I ordered a bunch of cans of Olipop which were $4.39 cents a can and they came destroyed as soon as they were delivered. Ruined my entire package because they didn't properly package the soda pop cans. They blamed it on "the freezing weather" even though i ordered from them 4 times before when it was even colder weather and i never had an issue because they were packaged properly. They wont refund any of my items. This company is a major scam and id stay far away from them as possible. Order from Nature Sante as they have the same even better products and they don't tell you "not to order stuff during winter as the risk of the freezing" Like how in the F do you think coke and pepsi and other companies transport their products. mmmm they package them PROPERLY.

I made an order on the 20th of January. It was shipped on January 21. It is now January 28th and still not have me package. There customer service basically gave me the same information as what I can see on the tracking number. They use loomis which is a horrible company. My package was out for delivery for 2 days and now it’s status is missorted. If you want a good reputation use a reputable shipping service.

Natura Market has a great selection of plant based products so it has become a staple in my grocery shopping routine. I’ve placed multiple online orders and delivery is always super quick! I’ve had a wonderful experience every time!
