I couldn’t have asked for a better shopping experience than I received at natural heating. Both Sarah-Jane & Wiolette were absolutely amazing. They couldn’t do anymore for me, they even gave me money back for some of the items that I had purchased and told me I didn’t need them. How good is that. Also took into account my disability with the delivery which not many companies bother about.

I can't speak about Natural Heating high enough! They were recommended by a friend after we were given an extortionate quote from another supplier. From beginning to end the services was seamless. Louis came and measured up, we were over the moon to know that we could fit a log burner in our existing space and therefore keep all the original features of our existing fireplace. The log burner that was recommended is small but mighty. Sarah-Jane's customer care and service was second to none. Her videos online were so helpful, being able to see the fire actually lit. The fitting was done with minimal mess and the aftercare and package with starter pack including home-made (VERY DELICIOUS) cake was, well... just the icing on the cake!

Well first of all had site visit from expert fitter no obligation, payment or pressure to buy. Then for choosing the fire. Incredible knowledge and understanding in meeting individual need. Nothing and I mean nothing was to much trouble. This meant I had complete confidence in chosen fire. The fitters amazing the fire fantastic so so happy. The owner came to ensure I was happy and help me light up fire for first time. Lovely gift box of goodies as well! Now going back for my internal fire cooking kit so I can enjoy cooking steak and tikka while enjoying the warmth of the fire. Thank you Natural Heating your amazing

A visit to the Attleborough showrooms was an interesting experience today. Sarah-Jane the owner was a mind of both interest, safety and education on which log burner to consider. The practical education on the various types available was truly memorable even down to the right size of wood to burn and especially the correct way to start using the appliance. With over 20 years working in this environment A visit to the huge showrooms is a must. The range on offer is unique with prices to suit all pockets.
