I purchased hosting and I was really pleased with their support.
As of May 20, 2025, at 16:10, I have not been able to access any of the services I purchased from Natro Hosting. I cannot reach my servers, and my DNS records are also unresponsive. I have experienced similar issues with this company in the past and used to think it might be due to a cyberattack or something beyond their control. However, this time I am convinced that the issue is due to the company’s own incompetence.
If you cannot provide a stable and reliable service, then you should not be offering it in the first place. And this company claims to be one of the leading hosting providers in the country — what a joke. It's a shame. Forget about receiving proper service, you can't even reach a real person to ask what the problem is. Truly disappointing. :(((
Additional Note:
This level of service is unacceptable, especially from a company that markets itself as a major player in the hosting industry. The lack of communication and transparency, combined with repeated service interruptions, makes it clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and leads to improvements, though my trust in this company is severely damaged.
I am writing as a customer of Natro, to express my dissatisfaction with the quality of service I recently received. The service was significantly below my expectations and did not align with the promises made.
In particular, I have encountered several issues with which have resulted in unnecessary time loss and considerable frustration.
For example, slow customer support response, failure to provide the service, lack of attention, incomplete information, etc.]
It is evident that such issues negatively impact customer satisfaction. I expect the relevant department to take necessary actions to improve the service quality and provide better attention to customers.
Otherwise, I will be forced to consider other service providers. I kindly request that you address my concerns and provide a resolution at your earliest convenience.

Random outages without a heads up every week. Pricing looks good but there is a reason for that because you get random outages every week, DO NOT RECOMMEND.
Hosting scam sites. When contacting their support to report it I get an email back that they won't accept my email because I am not a client.
