I had to return part of the order and it was handled really efficiently which made it very easy for me. The single loop hammer toe crests are supper helpful.

Overall fine, but package has been opened
The good: these toe separators are pretty comfortable and not too noticeable throughout the day.
The bad: the package I received seems like it was a return or somehow one of the sections got opened and then taped shut. That grosses me out if somebody put those between their toes and then returned the package. I know these separators can be washed, but I don’t think I can use those two. So I’m happy it was a pack of 12 because at least I still have 10 I feel comfortable using.

Very fast shipping, great product
Very fast shipping, product as described and a very helpful product, at that. As someone with chronic pain due to Long COVID, these compression ice packs were just what I needed.

Standard Size FLEXI KOLD
I ordered the 2 standard package of FLEX KOlD. It is wonderful to be able to ice the front and back of my leg at the same time. I arranged both in a king pillow case for easy wrapping around the leg.

I am not very experienced with ordering on the internet first of all.
The toe separators I bought were too large but I cut them .
I thought I bought two packs , but received 3 packages- all separately?! What a waste but I understand maybe I clicked the wrong buttons.
I had ordered some about a year ago but they didn’t come up on the website. A different brand But guess?

I think the gel was insert is latex…
I think the gel was insert is latex because I broke out with a rash. Fit was good. I thought there were going to be 2 in the pack.

Missing 1 sleeve
Product received did NOT completely match the product description. I ordered the 2 sleeves + 2 gel packs but only received 1 sleeve + 2 gel packs. No response when I tried to email info [at] natracure.com. No partial refund or replacement offered.
