Great helpful friendly service
Great helpful friendly service. The team in Yeovil did a fantastic job on my cars windscreen. Which was through no fault of theirs not an easy fix. My car was left very clean to the point where I could not even tell they had even worked on my car. When the parts needed arrived, work was carried out in a timely efficient manor and thought I was kept informed on how it was going.

Good Result
Good communication, good welcome, good people. Would have been a five but some slight (very minor) mess left on the top of dash, (mossy bits) and bottom of drivers side A pillar had a dirty mark. Just needed a light tidy. The exterior trim at top of wings needed pushing home.
Screen itself and reattached mirror all top marks. Overall a good experience / result.

Mobile unit could not calibrate my screen
Ordered my windscreen was asked if I needed recalibration for the auto wipers which I replied yes a mobile visit was arranged only when the van didn’t turn up and I telephoned back was I told the mobile units can’t do calibration and would have to take it in to be done why order a mobile unit after asking about calibration surely this should have been pointed out at the time perhaps the people who take the bookings need to be informed of this having spoke to the gentleman who fixed my screen he told me this happens all the time the work done of my screen was satisfactory completed

Good work
The Technicians tracker was not very accurate, to give an indication of time of arrival. However, a phone call with an ETA prior to doing the job was a plus. The technician who came to do the chip on the windscreen was both polite and professional. Overall, very satisfied.
