My screen was replaced at the Weston office. The staff were very friendly and the screen replaced within 3 hours. It is over 14 days now and I have experienced zero issues.

Fitter was excellent
Fitter was excellent, shame communication was below par. I had to chase for appointment time, online chat advised me to go to depot as soon as they opened. Local depot did call me in the end on day of appointment, even though instructions said I would be contacted the day before.

The staff were extremely friendly polite and helpful, they arranged everything from start to finish. Even when I paid by card to the Bristol branch the lady on the call was really nice.
