The replacememt windscreen was a cheap copy with increased wind noise the trim does not fit complained where i had i fitted not even a courtesy call from the manager how to rectify the situation if it breaks again i will definately not go there again poor workmanship poor customer service
Update sent a nice e mail implying they would vontactvme deicate a comllaint manager shame this service is the same as yhere repair poor as nobody has contacted me to date

Shocked and appalled by their service
Shocked and appalled by their service, my insurance company have issued me a refund of my excess as they in turn wet not happy with national windscreens service! I would like to point out that after speaking to national windscreens customer service nothing was done, so this is when my insurance company stepped in

Rear Camera now not working
Before I moan, I must say, the staff were really friendly and genuinely nice guys.
Had a windscreen fitted to my Range Rover Evoque.
Received a call to say the car was taking longer than anticipated due to camera calibration issues!
Was called around 3 hours later to say it was finally done and ready for collection.
All looked good however...... when I got home and reversed outside my house, the rear camera was not working, with a screen message of "Consult LRJ Dealer".
Took it back the following day (now 2 days taken off work) but the technician was unable to reset it or get it working.
Have now been left with no rear camera and, a likely very expensive bill from Land Rover Jaguar.
Doubt I will have any redress with N.W. but, also question if the training given to the guys regarding vehicle technology is adequate.
5 Stars - for the Guys
0 Stars - for NW and where I have been left holding the baby with this.

Good for repairs
Reviews here are pretty polarised! Having looked through the 1 stars, it seems like you could be in for a rough ride at some branches if you need a windscreen replacement.
My experience was a minor repair job (a small bullseye crack and a small chip) via the Tunbridge Wells branch. Came out quickly, really nice, personable technician who got the job done in all of 15 minutes or so. Repair is basically invisible; you'd never know that there had even been a problem. Nobody wants a cracked windscreen, but thank you for making the experience brief and bearable. :)
