Head office ? Repeatedly ordered wrong part, despite me phoning to ensure they knew model of vehicle.
Situation resolved by local branch going extra step, to get correct part, and coming to home to fit.

I can’t fault the service I experienced! The gentlemen were friendly and explained what was being done, and why, and advised that it would take awhile.
On collection, I saw that technician had made an excellent job of replacing the windscreen and I was very pleased with the results.

Booked in smoothly, reschedule when glass was unavailable. Glass came in early and the Torquay branch came to my address when the glass came in early to get the work done!

Difficult communicating with the local branch
The job done was good but it took a bit of chasing down to get an update on timeframe for fitting the new windscreen after the initial responder was unable to fix the chip.
