I turned up on the wrong day
I arranged for a chip repair but misread the date and turned up on the wrong day. As I was very early in the working day they accommodated me with great courtesy and I was on my way home with a repaired screen in no time. Great service.

Great service from start to finish
Great service from start to finish. The technician arrived on time as agreed and called me 30 minutes beforehand to let me know he was on the way. He also kindly reminded me that I still needed to complete the payment.
I really liked the live tracking system, which allowed me to see the technician’s expected arrival time.
The repair was carried out professionally. I had a small, sun-shaped crack in my windscreen. It’s still slightly visible, but it has definitely improved, and I’m happy with the overall result. I would recommend this service.

National Windscreens replaced my windscreen. Very pleased.
National Windscreens replaced my cracked windscreen. Very happy with the whole process which was easy and straightforward. Good location at their Stafford site. Service from the staff was friendly and professional. They did what appears to be a nice job fitting the new windscreen, and returned the car neat and tidy as I left it.

You ring after 5.30pm and the telephone line just keeps ringing as, I believe, the business finishes at 5.30pm so was surprised when there was no message ending the call.
