Useless..had my windscreen done at slough..the acoustics are terrible and the noise of the wind when i go over 40mph is terrible.i have now booked it in at bmw to get a proper job done.national windows use inferior glass.stay clear of these cowboys.
Whats the point in contacting you.you should of done a proper job in the 1st place..

Had to wait a week for appointment
Had to wait a week for appointment, which was cancelled without telling us, told it was because of rain (it never rainef here) so i was over a week with a undriveable car

I arrived with my granddaughter and parked in the wrong place. By the time they asked me to move my Car. I had already got her out. The employee offered to mivenit for me.
The staff were courteous and friendly.

Their drivers leave a lot to be desired... shouting and swearing at a woman .. if you cant get through a 8 ft gap then you shouldn't be driving.. if thats the way they shout at non customers id seriously considering using someone else. Bully's and abuse is not warranted. You were in a COMPANY van... think twice ... MR .. and all at 7.40am .. hope he has a nice day and proud of himself.

I had a great experience with National…
I had a great experience with National Windscreen. Although I had to visit a few times after my windscreen was replaced, they treated me with the same respect and care every time. They always gave priority to checking my car, even without an appointment.
They even invited me into the workshop to check and make sure everything was working as I expected. This kind of service, especially after-sales support, is very rare these days, and I was genuinely impressed.
If you are thinking of getting your windscreen replaced, I would highly recommend the National Windscreen Slough branch for an excellent customer experience. They also have a large, clean, and comfortable waiting area with great refreshment options

Poor communication and skills
Office member doesnt pass information to the fitter and vice versa. They failed in first attepmt. I instructed fitter to make notes for futher step as I been going holiday next week also office on Monday, but they still bother me while I been abroad.

What an appalling experience
What an appalling experience! Over a month off the road while the glass was ordered, delivered, found to be defective 30 mins after I dropped the car off. Reordered. Repeated phone calls to chase not answered or going through to a central team who knew nothing. Two pieces of trim broken or not refitted correctly and on back order. Unfortunately forced to use National Windscreens by Hastings Insurance. Almost worth paying for it out of pocket rather than using the insurance to cover the replacement glass if it happens again!
