Great service as a first time service user
The process from getting the car booked in to getting the windscreen repaired was easy. The system was user friendly to get it booked in, the day of repair was easy as well. Staff were excellent and efficient very accommodating and got the job done in a timely manner. The job was completed really well, pleased with how the windscreen looks now. Only issue was the automated payment system which didn’t explain payment choices what was acceptable payment methods. If that can be rectified then they would be perfect.

Was a good experience not as long as I thought it was going to be just as well as there is not much to do whilst you wait staff were pleasant kept me informed as to what they were doing but wish I had have know I couldn’t wash it for 7 days before I went as would have washed it

It was easy to arrange an appointment for our car windscreen replacement to be done at home . The technician arrived on time. He was friendly and polite. He worked very efficiently and did a great job.
