Window chip repair through insurance
Got through to the call centre via my insurance company. Booked in and sorted for the next day very smoothly. The next day I had a link to track when to expect the staff member. As their dot hadn't moved for 4 hours I called to check the details. They were responsive, spoke to the person and they confirmed time of arrive. The job itself was done quickly and well and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Extremely poor work standard and customer care
The customer service was poor. Manager was rude and unhelpful. Work standard is extremely poor. Initial photos were taken after partly removing the broken windshield. The windscreen fitted seems of wrong size. Heating element has not been reconnected. Since replacing the windshield, car keeps getting condensation inside.

Kept me updated with timings, received a phone call 30 mins before arrival. Quick and efficient. Super polite. Pleasant experience, gave me all the post fixing info such as not washing it /using a pressure washer for a few days. Very polite gentleman.

Spot on service at quite short notice to get my replacement windscreen fitted on Xmas eve! I got there early £ was first to have my car worked on & they dealt with a rude gentleman who arrived after me who had to wait! Some people have no manners towards the staff

Your staff were very polite and helpful and did a great job of my windscreen replacement. However the time spent waiting until I could collect my car was excessive 5 hours in total.

Fitter accidentally cut through my dash…
Fitter accidentally cut through my dash cam power lead and broke the mount I’ve been offered a £60 good will gesture but this doesn’t cover £155 repair cost I’ve formally complained via email but still waiting for a response
