My camera falling off windscreen as soon as got up the road really annoying didnt put any new stickers on dissapointing . Can see where taken off old windscreen nothing sticky put back .

I received a polite reception and almost as soon as I turned up the repairers were on to the replacement. There was a waiting room with a coffee maker with comfortable chairs. I whiled away the time talking to another customer. The job was done pretty quickly and the car was returned with a decent new screen and no signs of the work done otherwise.

Replaced the windscreen but left lots…
Replaced the windscreen but left lots of broken pieces of glass all over the driveway which for obvious reasons isn’t great especially as we have 2 vehicles and a dog that regularly go over the drive.

Kept waiting for nearly 2 hours before starting. My real problem was the scuttle panel not fitting The manager really tried to sort the problem and came out to my house . I may be wrong but Aviva wouldn’t pay for an original windscreen (my car is only 3 months old) and chose a cheap Chinese copy. Most disappointed with Aviva expected better

Great service and nice people
The new screen was fitted without any issues, the staff at the depot were all polite and pleasant. Before my allocated appointment time I had phone call from depot advising that they had a cancellation and would I like to arrive earlier, which was handy for me. Fitting took a lot less time than originally advised and was completed in an hour.

18 mths ago you replaced windscreen in the same car on my driveway and did the necessary computer set up re sensors on my premises
Other companies can still do it at your home so unfortunately I would choose them in future

Team prioritised my call as we were on holiday and fixed as early as they could. Repair all good with one two exceptions.
1st. There is still small amount of broken glass trapped in car boot door. Hoover did not get these out. There is a glue spray that can be used to trap these and stop them moving around. Unfortunately fitter does not carry such glue on van. It would be helpful if this could have been fixed as part of the repair. This would save me having to take it all apart again.
